"The Harvest is Plentiful, But the Laborers are Few"

Boniface was a little over-excited about having this much room to garden.

It was like a second nature of his to plant herbs and then harvest them in the fall. In his cottage back in Dunardy, his ceiling had many of dried herbs hanging from it, almost to the point of where he had to duck his head down just not to disturb them. Why should his office at Hogwarts be any different? It was time to make the place feel like home.

But maybe he overestimated how much time he would have on his hands with his new job. So many students, one person to grade homework. This was a problem. If he didn't harvest the herbs soon, they'd be no good, and he would have wasted perfectly good plants. That just couldn't be so!

Now, what would get these students out and about and willing to help a poor man on a chilly fall day? Rewards, as always. Luckily for these students, Boniface had an abundance of chocolate frogs and the ability to hand out house points.

OOC: All of the herbs are out in the garden; students must harvest them themselves. From there, they can come inside to the greenhouse, which Boniface has cleared especially for this, and help prepare to dry them. Please note that harvesting is best done in the morning, so the students participating in this errand will be up early for this. We are air-drying herbs, which is done by dying the ends of the herbs together. You can tie as many bundles as you'd like, but note that the amount will not raise your reward value.
