Description:

Mateo has had a love for reading for a long time, as he's gotten older he's wanted to share that, especially the youth of today. So he researched, and discovered a day called World Book Day, designed to celebrate reading and publishing.

In Britain, World Book Day is celebrated at the start of March across schools for all ages, and Mateo saw no reason for that to stop at a magical school. So, he organised a way for the book-loving students at Hogwarts to show that.

Located in the Great Hall, students are encouraged to dress up as their favourite book characters and bring that book to show off to others. For students (and staff) who have books that they don't mind to share or donate with others, a book exchange is set up on one of the tables. On another is a mystery book draw, with several piles neatly wrapped books (colour-categorised by genre) for anyone who is looking for a new read. Both are supervised under the careful eye of Mateo. And, of course, snacks are on offer.
