I am very pleased to announce that Ackerley Blackburn now becomes Headmaster of Hogwarts.
Of course, I'll continue to update the website. But as you know, I didn't imply myself in the RP and the story
Sebastian Cazarez becomes the new Deputy Headmaster, and Fainauriel Valtome the Gryffindor Head.

With the consideration of a few technical difficulties, there has been a change in who will be promoted to second years. Only those registered in the Official Index and registered on the site before July 1st will be promoted to year 2. We apologize for any inconveniences, but this is to make it easier on the staff as we have to go through and promote everyone individually. Thank you, and if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to PM a HoH or Headmaster.

Rating
The Hogwarts Staff has updated the site rating information [here] as we added the fact that we will not allow roleplays the describe sexual contact between minors. This is a liability that Hogwarts.io is not willing to accept but moreover, it is a liability that you as an adult, teen or preteen should be unwilling to accept either. As characters age and represent characters that would be engaged in such activities our site policies regarding this will likely evolve but as we mature additional considerations will need to be made.
Hogwarts.io is a community with a site rating of PG-13 and has users who are as young as 11 that are actual members of the community as well as users who are over 40. It is impossible to know how old other community members are, please know if you do decide to engage on some sort of role-played physical relationship with another user, you are taking a liability. If you are over the age of 18, there is a chance that the user you are interacting with is under 18 and therefore you risk life-changing accusations. If you are not over 18 and you are engaging in a simulated physical relationship with someone over the age of 18, then you might place someone that you enjoy interacting with or see as a friend in potential legal peril.
It is our goal to facilitate safe, amazing adventures. If at any point you feel threatened or coerced to engage in... well what I have been alluding to in this message know my Private Message [owl] Box is open as is every other staff member.
