Name of Ability that you Are Applying for: Obnoxiously Strong
Describe why this fits your character (not why you the player want it):
Reducio
Indigo Grant grew up on their family farm, which means a lot of hard work. Especially manual labour, often moving hay bales, which, the smaller ones can weigh anywhere from 40, to 100 pounds. Not only that but helping to carry crops to and from trucks. This obviously requires a lot of muscle and strength.

Indigo would fill the feed troughs for most of the animals on their farm, including but not limited to Highland Cattle, Clydesdale Horses, Sheep, Tamworth Pigs... They had quite a few animals on their farm, obviously, they would also eat grass and other shrubbery, but this wasn't enough for them all, while 100 hectares(around 248 Acres, or 1 square km) is big, it gets used up fast with all those animals, not to mention crops.

Still, Often Indigo would move things around, simply for the sake of moving things around, like large rocks, or the furniture in their home. One time, Indigo's parents woke up to their entire house re-arranged in a single night. (They're still confused, how in the world did a 10-year-old do that!?) But, they managed it, ADHD superpower I guess. (OOC fun fact, that's based on a real scenario, except I was a bit older.)

That being said, Indigo's Father has them on a schedule as well, Since they were eight, They go on a half an hour long jog every morning(This will obviously adapt to fit school hours) Then, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, They do 15 sets of 5 sit-ups, 10 sets of 5 push-ups, and 5 sets of 10 pull-ups. Then, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they do 20 sets of 30 bicep curls, and they do 40 lengths of kettlebells(Walking from one wall of the common room to the opposite wall the long way), they brought with them 2 five pound kettlebells, 2 ten pounds, 2 fifteen pounds, increasing like that all the way to forty pounds. Now, you might be thinking, why so many? Well, Indigo, while being a bit more timid, they do not mind sharing, and this gives others a chance to work on their physical strength as well! It's a good thing their Parents know the Feather-light charm, otherwise, those would have been terrible to get into their dorm room. (The charm was placed on their bags, not the weights, that would be redundant.)

This all combined is why the trait Obnoxiously Strong suits my Character, not only explaining why they would have it to begin with, but how they would maintain it throughout the school year, as with most things, if you don't use it, you lose it.

As a child Diana was always on the move. When she lived in the city there wasn't much space for her to explore. There was only the inside of her house and, depending on where they were living, perhaps a small backyard. Wizarding houses were on average far more interesting to explore than their muggle counterparts. However, there was a point where everything began to get old. There were only so things that that toddler Diana could get her hands on. Her parents were doing important magical diplomacy things that she did not understand most of the day so they were not a resource available for her entertainment either. Months of staying in the same house with a nanny became tedious rapidly.

Hence, Thailand came as a drastic shift. Instead of choosing a house as close to the center of the city as possible, Diana's parents opted to live in a wizarding community on the outskirts of Bangkok. There was a renowned tutor who offered group lessons for primary-school aged wizarding children located nearby. Although it would make their work commute longer they chose to prioritize their daughter's pre-magic school education over convenience.

Without the fear of discovery that came with living in a neighborhood with muggles, there were many less restrictions in Diana's life. Katerina and Niran Saengkaew had a liberal parenting style. They were of the philosophy that promoted independence at a young age. Even though she was only 6 years old at the time, in their eyes, it was crucial that Diana have a wide range of experiences to allow her to develop responsibility, maturity, and a strong sense of self.

Due to this, Diana was allowed to go most places alone. She walked herself to and from her lessons each day and, after she got home, she was allowed to go play outside until it was time for dinner.

This, of course, led to a decent amount of shenanigans. What child, when given time to do whatever they wanted would follow the rules perfectly? Definitely not this one. Because of the convenient location of their house near the harbor Diana loved to swim in the open ocean. She paid no mind to the older boys who tried to scare her by telling her about all the sharks that lurked beneath the friendly surface of the gulf of Thailand. There is also an account of her, once she became friends with Achara, climbing a tree to help the other girl sneak out from her 2nd story bedroom window without alerting her much stricter parents.

It was also during this phase of her life that she got her first practice broom and learned how to fly. She did so without much hesitation, taking to the sky as if she were a butterfly who was meant to be flying. When she could escape from her studies, Diana was almost always either in the air or the water throwing herself into some new form of physical challenge. Her adventurous spirit was never fully satisfied with what she already knew.

Diana really shouldn't be flying on her own before she finishes First Year Flying at Hogwarts. She can have her practice/toy broom but will need parental supervision when she does go flying so she stays safe.

Mia grew up in the muggle community and was always moving. This being said she was also always the new kid at the muggle schools. She was never too good at making friends, and usually waits for them to find her. She was always quiet and trailing behind others, listening to their conversations without making herself known. She did this so that she would know who would be good friends to her, and who would not. She has learned throughout her years at school how to make herself quieter and quieter so as not to be noticed.

She also got to put her silence to the test with her little sister. When she didn't get her way she would usually scream at the top of her lungs at anyone she heard, or saw passing by her door. Mia learned it was easier to peek in and see if she had her back turned, then she would slowly and quietly inch her way to her room and out of sight. Again as this happened more and more she learned how to be quicker and quieter. Allso at her home in the muggle comunity, she had one problem with sneeking around. The creaky floorboards. She was usually pretty quiet on the carpet but once she got to the hard wood floors her silence was gone.

Her family also had two cats, one was an old grumpy one, and the other, a little ball of fur and energy. They couldn't be trusted to stay outside on their own, so when the family went in the cats had to come too. There was only one problem. The cats usually did not want to come inside. The first one who was older was pretty easy to catch, but their new kitten was a whole different story. As you probably know kittens are little balls of fur, and energy. So when she tried to catch her kitten to get him in, it was hard. She tried corralling him into a corner, but she would just shoot between her legs. She could not chase him because he had more energy then she did. She then came up with a foolproof solution. She would quietly follow him until he laid down and then she would catch him. He does squirm still but with the element of surprise on her side, she had caught it.

Even in Hogwarts Mia watches quietly and trys to skirt around the edges, around people she doesn't know.

Ability: Lovely creature
Description of why it fits my character:
Reducio
Even though shy, Violet always managed to turn heads around wherever she went. The first word that came to the mind of anybody meeting her for the first time was 'pretty'. People could not help but be impressed with her looks, by the way she walks and talks. She carries herself with the utmost grace and charm. Her dressing sense is unique, and eye-catching even though, they are normally the shades of black and brown. The grace and charm she exhibited was something she was moulded into since childhood. Her parents and grandparents were particular about her etiquettes and still are.

Most of her looks were inherited from her Indian mother, Aaliyah Rohr. Slightly tanned, she had sharp facial features like her mother including an oval shaped face, a sharp jawline, high cheekbones and bow shaped lips. Her pin-straight long black hair was something she inherited from her mother and maternal grandmother. Her hair never tangled. Normally she would wear her hair in simplistic styles like a ponytail or simply letting her hair fall on her shoulder but she still managed to rock the looks. It is something a lot of people are jealous of, though she herself thought they are quite boring. She has straight white teeth with slightly sharp canines and an extremely lovely smile. Her father's contribution was less but significant in her looks. She got her feline black eyes from him. Her eyes are easy to get lost into. Her irises were pitch black like the dark night sky with stars shining in them. Her looks are distracting. She inherited her height from her father as well. The girl is pretty tall for her age and has a slim build just like her mother's. Her ears were pierced at the age of 7, following the Indian traditions. Beautiful diamond earrings adorn her ears. However, she likes to change them once in a while.

But maybe, Violet's voice is more distracting. She has a smooth airy voice, that is extremely attractive. People love to make her laugh just to see her smiling and hear her giggles. Her talking skills are great as well, she naturally sounds mature. She can sing quite well. Her maternal grandmother had tried teaching her Indian classical and thus she knows the basics. Her long slender fingers are perfect to be a pianist. She loves to sing often pairing it up with the melodies of a piano.

Her beauty is something that reminds you of love songs, even if you don't have a crush on her or are in love with her. She is simply a lovely creature.

Isleen Knight has always been a beautiful girl. Dating back to her great-great-great-grandmother, her ancestry has been bred not only to be Purebloods but to be the most beautiful and wealthy Purebloods. Since her great-great-great-grandmother, her ancestors have been matched with one another to create a line of strikingly pretty Purebloods.
Her mother and father, Evangeline De La Lune and Orion Knight, we matched by their families not only to preserve the perfected bloodline, but as her parents were both very attractive, they would presumably create a very attractive child.
Isleen inherited her emerald green eyes, small nose, pale skin, and shiny hair from her mother and from her father, she was left her raven-dark hair, full lips, thick eyelashes, and sharp jawline.
Isleen has been pretty from a young age and that was only intensified when her mother assigned her a beauty tutor. Her tutor, Mademoiselle Blanchet, taught her since she was six years old how to naturally enhance her beauty with things like a pinch to the cheek, a good face cream, or a special hair brush.
When Isleen turned nine years old, she was astounded by the attention and looks she got. She, at first, felt uncomfortable by the way the boys her age would stare at her, but she soon became used to the astonished looks she received. She quickly caught on and learned how to do her hair in the right way to frame her face, or how to go out into the cold for long enough to give her naturally pale face a warm red hue.
When Isleen turned eleven, it was clear she would be wonderfully beautiful for the expanse of her life. Perhaps it was the way she held herself, so elegant, yet with an air of confidence.
Or maybe it was the way her slender fingers could just as easily play the cello as they could write intricate calligraphy.
Perchance it was the way she could so effortlessly enhance her natural beauty by the simple art of curling her hair or simply wearing the right colour.
It could have also been her voice, as silky as a siren's song yet gentle as a butterfly. Her voice could catch the attention of the whole room if she pleased.
Alas, it, in the end, was all these things combined in such a perfect and eye-capturing way that made Isleen what she was.
A Lovely Creature.

Justin has a strong relationship with his father, Joseph Shin. Having started a Korean restaurant business as he bounced around the world, life surely wasn’t easy for the man, especially for someone that had to learn the English language as he built his business. But even in the early years, when Joseph Shin barely spoke any English, people described him as an unshakable individual. In every situation, Joseph would be relaxed, composed, cool headed, and actively finding the best plan of action.

Justin highly looked up to his father. He observed every move and heeded every word of wisdom his father bestowed upon him. His father, Mr. Shin, always stated that fear was a sickness that needed to be treated. Naturally, just like his father, Justin would become just as fearless. This was fully nurtured in Justin’s competitive spirit when he played on sports teams against other opponents. The boy found out from an early age that a fearless attitude is what makes an individual strong.

It wasn’t just Mr. Shin that contributed to Justin’s fearlessness. His love for animals and his mother’s profession, desensitized his sense of fear as he often played in the presence of dangerous animals like lions, tigers, and many other cool animals, when he visited his mom’s workplace. Because of his love for animals, Mrs. Shin brought Justin on some of her safari research expeditions, in which Justin’s sense of fear of the world greatly diminished.

Justin views people that are unable to face their fears as “weak.” There are two categories of “weak” people to Justin, and he treats them both very differently. First it is those that are weak, but can be strengthened. To these people, Justin is very nurturing and caring. These are often kids younger than him. The eldest of six siblings, Justin takes it upon himself to make his siblings strong and fearless. This nurturing quality translates to others, as Justin would constantly push and challenge those he believes needs it… even when it is not asked or even perhaps appreciated.

The other category of “weak” people are those that refuse to face their fears, no matter how much you push them. Justin calls these people, “prisoners of their own minds.” He truly believes that the only thing you fear is fear itself. To these people, Justin simply pays no attention, almost as if he has filtered them out of his life. If these individuals ever have a change of heart, and desire to face their fears, Justin is always ready to help someone face them.

Why this fits my character:

Malin Penns has been described in many words.
Clumsy. Reckless. Loud. Bubbly.
But most importantly: brave.
From a young age, Malin has been showing signs of bravery enough to rival Godric Gryffindor himself. Whether it was talking to new people, climbing a slippery tree, or completing a dangerous dare, Malin was always the first to volunteer.
She gets her brave streak from her grandmother who, much like Malin, has been brave since her first steps.
When Malin's father left when she was six years old, Malin's grandmother on her mother's side, Florence Silver, came to stay with Malin's family and help Malin's mother with the tough job of taking care of Malin and her two brothers.
Florence Silver was a daredevil, even when she was fighting her chronic Asthma. Well, she was at least when she was young enough to touch her toes without complaining about her back. She was always up for a challenge, and never let her lung troubles get in the way. She could climb a mountain if her lungs would allow her to.
Malin drew inspiration from her grandmother every single day. Every day when Malin came home from school she would go straight to her grandmother to hear as many stories of her grandmother's adventures as she could.
Malin was inspired until the day her grandmother passed away. But Malin had heard enough stories of her grandmother's great feats to not let the grief stop her.
Deciding she would carry on the legacy, Malin continued to launch herself full-force at everything she did. She would climb the tallest trees, perform the trickiest dares, and overall do things that nobody else would.
In doing this, she gained a reputation at school, though her reputation of being courageous quickly turned to being problematic. She kept her grandmother in her mind when she did things like scale trees or run from people she had pranked. Even though she was brave, Malin was still human.
She got in the habit of thinking of her courageous grandmother whenever she did dangerous things. Then she started thinking of her grandmother when she was scared. But that soon went away too as Malin wasn't scared of the little things anymore like jumping off the monkey bars at school, and she certainly wasn't scared of the big things like balancing on one foot on the stone fence at her house.
Because Malin Penns was fearless.

Sarah's foster parents watched in disbelief as the children ran laughing in the Thunder Meadow. Their youngest daughter, Sarah, was the cause of their worries. At that time, there was no indication of a mysterious talent. The couple was concerned about only one thing: would such a strange little creature take root in their home and get along with their daughter?

Sarah surprisingly quickly adapted to her new home at the age of 5 and played pranks with her older sister, Mina. Although it was often like Ultimate Fighting, did it really matter?

When the girls started their first year of school in Cei Newydd, Wales, their teacher turned to their parents. He made a comment about their younger daughter's behavior:
Sarah can sometimes seem a bit absent-minded in class. This is normal for a elementary school student, of course, but she seems to be growing more and more detached from the group. You might want to talk to her about her taciturnity and offer some support. It seems she's often daydreaming. Oh, what a dreamy child! Sometimes it feels like she's in another world and not here in class with us.
The teacher smiled softly.
Despite this, she has a good intuition and quickly grasps the main ideas of the lessons. Nevertheless, it would be good to talk to her more about her academic progress and how she's getting along with her peers.
Time passed. The foster father, seemingly inadvertently, slipped books to the growing girl. Sometimes, he would forget them at the dining table just before breakfast.

As if he hadn't noticed it, he would brush against a brochure with his elbow, causing it to fall into his daughter's school bag and brightening up her school day with folktales.

Then, quite by accident, he would stuff a volume on philosophy under Sarah's pillow. And then, as she got ready for bed, she would fall onto the pillow in a flourish, only to find that instead of delicate feathers in the silk, fluffy casing of the pillowcase, her face met the blunt spine of a book. For an hour, there were screams and accusations directed at the villainous Mina, because undoubtedly she could have committed such an atrocious crime.

And then, for another three hours, her father tried to persuade Sarah to stop reading and go to bed, but she refused. He kept going in and out of her room, but she remained focused on her book.

A rich imagination transformed the child. She read poetry, adventure novels, fantasy, science fiction, philosophy, even books about engineering science for some reason got into the sphere of her interests. Meanwhile, Sarah pestered her parents and sis asking about their dreams.
Why! Why don't you want to tell me? You can't claim that you don't dream at all! It doesn't happen that easily, I refuse to believe you! All people certainly dream amazing, colorful, bizarre, dynamic, meaningful dreams!
Her requests were only brushed aside. How do you explain to a child that you can't equate the imagination of all people with her own?

Secondary school, studying became more difficult. Mina, a high school student and troublemaker, made progress in physics, won medals, caused problems for the whole school and got away with it, and then was belatedly enrolled in a famous magic school far from home. Sarah was moderate in her studies. Flashes of intuition and a penchant for analytical thinking did their job. She could pass any exam without preparation, as if she knew all the answers in advance. And the percentage of incorrect answers was usually quite low. Despite her luck, the teachers remained dissatisfied with her usual distraction.

So the wonderful weekdays went by. And these indirect signs of something secret would have remained unnoticed by anyone, unless the incident that turned everything upside down.

On a cloudy summer, the father and mother, as usual, let the girls go to the neighboring village while they cooked dinner together. But suddenly. . . . In stories one so often meets with this "But suddenly." The authors are right: life is so full of surprises! But suddenly an unknown person broke into the Rubtsovs' house. He sobbed, begged to call an ambulance and not turn him in to the police. The couple ran to where this tearful boy led them.

In the local blacksmith shop, Sarah had a seizure due to the stuffiness of the hot iron. The apprentice who brought the adults, sobbing, pointed a finger at Sarah, who was lying on the cobblestones near the forge entrance. Her sister, Mina, was sitting next to her, with Sarah's pale head on her lap. Sarah's light brown hair was disheveled and her face was deathly pale. Her eyes were rolled back and closed tightly, and a few drops of sweat had dripped down her face. Dark shadows lay under her eyes and accentuated her features, making even the faintest wrinkles more visible. She seemed petrified and did not look at all like a sleeping beauty.

The doctors, as expected, could not help. The Muggle verdict was: lethargy. The medical team examined her thoroughly, checking her reflexes and shining a light into her eyes. The lenses did not contract, the eyes glossed over.

The girl slept until the arrival of a professional healer from the capital. The wizard suggested that the seer gene had been awakened as a recessive one. This revelation became the starting point for Sarah to explore the strengths and limitations of a newfound talent step by step, chance by chance.

Undoubtedly, it was an awakening to her new life's journey.

If you asked Lavinia to describe her life in one word, the word would be quidditch. She joined the quidditch team in her first year with dreams of being the best player and five years later her drive for the game was still there. Lavinia was set on a career in quidditch and was very much looking forward to a challenge. Quidditch games at Hogwarts were spectacular and being a captain made Lavinia even more invested in each match. However, matches had become a bit easy for Lavinia for a few reasons. The first was that her opponents were years younger than her and were still learning how to play the game. The second was that she had perfected her chaser skills in almost every way possible.

Every hour not spent on school work was devoted to quidditch. Lavinia forced herself to focus on practicing quidditch everyday before conquering her homework and the impact on her game performance was significant. Lavinia was one if not the most accurate chaser in Hogwarts and even had Hogwarts Headliner articles written about her quaffle prowess and cheating abilities. She worked extremely hard every single day to stay in perfect shape and refine her abilities skill by skill. Her frequent solo practices consisted of balance, stamina, and most importantly accuracy training. Lavinia would practice throwing a quaffle into small hoops from different distances and after months of practice her quaffle accuracy had grown. During the regular team practices, Lavinia dedicated her time to teaching quidditch and preparing the rest of her team for the games. As a captain, Lavinia needed to exemplify the best skills and tried to do that by demonstrating her precision and accuracy to her fellow teammates. The need to help her team grew her desire to become a better player.

The heightened sense of accuracy Lavinia gained through her consistent practice had benefits in other aspects of her life. Lavinia noticed that her spell-casting during classes had changed to produce better results. Her wand movements were more precise and most importantly she didn’t miss. Lavinia wouldn’t miss a spell hitting its intended target similarly to how she wouldn’t miss throwing a quaffle into a set of guarded hoops. It was as if Lavinia’s constant quidditch practice resulted in heightened hand-eye coordination. Even when tossing a book on her bed, Lavinia hit the mark.

Overall, Lavinia saw her time at Hogwarts as a chance to get her name out there and make it to the professional quidditch leagues. She dedicated the vast majority of her time to refining her skills and accuracy for how she managed the quaffle and other quidditch plays. Lavinia was ready to shape the game of quidditch with her dominance and knew that started at Hogwarts with her and her accuracy.

healing sage II |

WORDCOUNT - 420

Previously discovered in her first year of Hogwarts was her healing sage ability, the obvious result of being the daughter of an excellent healer and muggle nurse. Growing up predisposed to some muggle and magical medical knowledge acquired from studying her mother with an eager focus. The steadiness of her mother's hands as she provided first aid care to her rambunctious growing children, cleaning scrapes, bandaging sprained ankles, the works. Often times Frost had even served as her mother's little assistant nurse in her own home, there had been something about the art of healing that intrigued her. It was inevitable that Frost absorbed bits of knowledge from her mother like a thirsty sponge.

That alone had served her well for her first few years at Hogwarts, but now that she was a bit older and had even been through some slight adventure-related trauma, it wasn't enough. She knew herself to be more capable now, especially compared to her fresh eleven-year-old self. It was only natural for the girl to have applied immediately to the nurse's Healer Internship as soon as she saw it was open at the beginning of her fourth year.

Hands-on experience in the Hospital wing alongside the nurses as an intern was a true re-awakening for Frost. It had been a bit above her previously known abilities at the beginning of her time as an intern, but she found the practice easier as her fourth year progressed, little by little. The internship was every bit of a learning experience as it was a job. Her free time was filled with working as long as she could under the nurse, until the nurses had been sick of her face if she had come to that. It had paralleled every time she worked at home to help her mother, still the same eager sponge, thirsty for any additional drops of anything she could absorb.

Some part of her had always known that she was destined for some kind of healing career in her life, every minute spent as a healing intern had only solidified that belief. The Hogwarts hospital wing had proven to be a perfect place to cultivate her abilities and knowledge in healing. Under the nurse's watchful supervision, Frost was able to have practical healing experiences, even sometimes performing healing spells on minorly injured students when allowed. Frost's diligent work as an intern in the Hospital wing alone was like adding gasoline to her flame for the art of healing, even granting her new knowledge and ability.

WORDCOUNT - 409

Since her first year, Frost had unintentionally been known by everyone for her odd kind of constant kindness that came from someone who almost seemed to have the sun beating in their ribcage rather than a heart. Fierce empathy for anyone really, but especially those she cares about and looked to her as a pillar of support, was something that came as naturally as breathing to her. She was the girl who always kept a watchful eye out on everyone, the girl who comforted anyone who came to her, the older sister figure to some, and a constant soothing solid rock to others. She was even the girl who had even taken the same stranger to the Hospital wing that had punched her hard across her face not even ten minutes prior. Even in the duels she had been in, Frost had always prioritized the healing of her teammate over seizing the opportunity to attack her opponents. That is just who she was, all the way back to before she was even in Hogwarts.

As her main identity as someone who had an affinity for healing, she found herself constantly maintaining a close observation of her friends. Especially during any potentially perilous adventure or situation she and her friends would find themselves in, which was inevitable here at Hogwarts, it seemed. Frost often checks in with anyone around her, patching up minor injuries or ailments if she can, in turn, steadying their resolve and boosting their spark. Anyone who was within her vicinity and was aware of who she was automatically found their nerves eased by her very presence (her ability calming presence) and comforted by the knowledge that even if it came down to the wire, Frost would stand by them with all she had.

Under her care, those that Frost accompanies are always well cared for to her utmost ability. A quality that went hand in hand with her "mom-friend" and extraordinarily benevolent character. With an arsenal of minor medical knowledge attained from her mother and the nurses she has worked under in the Healer's Internship, she is well suited to playing this role. Her learned skills and born affinity for healing serve as tools in her steady and nimble hands, capable of well-preformed healing should the need arise in any situation. And even if providing just that little bit more of assistance was all she could do in a moment, Frost would do it admirably.

WORDCOUNT - 473

The need to care for and look after others seemed to be a trait that ran through Frost's very blood, evident in her own mother. She played her role as a comforting presence, one pillar of support with an affinity for healing magic (calming presence and healing sage), with that signature Hufflepuff diligence. The beginning of her healer internship truly marked the serious start of Frost's serious pursuit of her dream to become an assiduous healer.

But there were limitations to her abilities, no matter how good her penchant for healing magic or her time in the Hospital wing interning under the nurse. Frost knew that, knew it well. From her Hogwarts adventures, the physical altercations she happened to witness, even from her late grandmother. Hufflepuff-hardworking as she was, it didn't matter in those many situations in which she had found herself helpless in. The many times she had to sit idly as she reassured herself, "There's nothing I can do. Surely there will be someone more capable. If only I could." Nothing in the world frustrated Frost more than her own heart hurting for the injured or ill and not being skilled enough in the one thing she prided herself in to help them.

Frost didn't wish to just be an alright or mediocre healer, she hoped to someday be an expert in the medical role she practiced. Though that would surely take years of focused work, Frost did what she could for now, something she never found herself particularly good at. Studying. In most of her spare time when she wasn't in the Hospital wing, with her friends, or cultivating other hobbies, she was in the library or in her room with a book. Anything about healing, the human body, or medicine she could possibly comprehend, she was at least attempting to read, then pester the nurse with her plethora of questions. It was a struggle in the beginning, especially for an infamously "ditzy" girl. At least her notebook with her personal notes was cutely decorated, though that was about the only fun part about the whole ordeal. If the tedious studying was the only thing she could do at the moment to better her skills, then it would have been worth it. Frost had only her mother, the nurse, and her predisposed fondness for healing to thank for her ability to work herself without completely losing motivation.

She was no expert healer, not even close, but with her own willpower, she could now say she had a better grasp on certain concepts of healing. Maybe the effect she would have as just a student and intern would still be relatively small, in comparison to real healers, but even a tiny impact was better than none. Frost would eagerly take pride in any contribution she could give, no matter how small.
