Lisa lived with her parents and younger brother Luca in London. her father Daniel was Muggle-born and his mother Cinthya was a witch.Cinthya met Daniel at King's Cross Station, they both worked at the station she worked on the check-in and out of Hogwarts students and he worked as security at the station.

When Lisa was 5 years old and Luca was 1 year old, her parents and her grandfather were in a car accident and the only survivor was Albert.
Lisa and Luca's maternal grandparents took custody of the children as Daniel's family was from Brazil so they decided that staying in London would be the best thing for the children.
Her grandfather Albert worked at the Ministry of Magic but retired after the death of his daughter and Daniel. Her grandmother Julia was a renowned cook in both the wizarding and muggle worlds.
When Lisa and Luca moved into their grandparents' house, that's when Lisa really realized that her parents weren't coming back. Lisa has come to fear losing the people she loves. her grandparents were very affectionate and loved them very much, but she knew that if something happened to them, it would only be her and Luca. Lisa always took care of Luca, they played together and were more than brothers they were best friends.

She went to muggle primary school where she learned to speak Portuguese in honor of her father who was born in Brazil. Her family didn't talk about magic and she lived until she was 8 years old without knowing about the existence of this wizarding world. she hopes that studying at hogwarts she will be able to make friends and learn more about the wizarding world.
Lisa has two Muggle friends James and Tina who live close to her house and attend the same Muggle school. James likes to run and play in the woods and Tina likes to read books and paint. they complete Lisa. The stories Tina reads to them become reality when they use their imaginations and play in the woods.

Lisa couldn't tell her friends about magic so she and her grandparents came up with an excuse so she could attend Hogwarts without her Muggle friends and neighbors getting suspicious. Muggles think Lisa is studying abroad in Brazil as her father was born there and she wanted to have more contact with her paternal relatives.
