Vivian is bold and determined when it comes to something she is passionate about, and will not hesitate to get things done her way. Her imagination has very few limits, as her creativity blossomed when she was young. Vivian can be mysterious at times, speaking only in quotes, poems, or verses, but she truly is an extraordinary girl.

Friendship

Vivian can come off as aloof, mysterious, or odd at first, but there is more that lies beneath the surface, as always. If Vivian truly trusts you, she would be honest, dedicated, and loyal till the end, forever there as a shoulder to lean on. She is absolutely fearless when it comes to protecting who she cares about, ready to claw her way to victory.

Areas for Growth

As I said before, Vivian will do anything to defend people and things she cares about, but sometimes, she holds grudges for too long. It's extremely hard for her to forgive someone for something small, and nearly impossible to make her forgive you for a horrible mistake.
Vivian also tends to keep her negative emotions inside of her, not communicating with others and keeping far too many secrets. Think of her as the therapist friend, and you'll see what i mean.
Vivian also tends to hyperfocus on things, refusing to do anything else until it's finished, sacrificing her health, both mentally and physically, till the deed is done. She can't stand the idea of leaving a task unfinished.

Vivian Crowell is what you would call "pretty" or "gorgeous" by today's standards, even if she is quite young right now. She believes she looks all right, not wanting to look like the most beautiful girl in the world. As she always quotes, "Beauty is terror."

Hair

Vivian inherited her unnatural hair color from her grandmother on her father's side, as it was such a dark, deep shade of blue it almost looked black. It was parted not so neatly in wavy bangs, falling over her forehead in thin strands. Her thick wavy locks reached down to her shoulders. No matter how hard she tried to make her wild hair look tame, it always looked the same.

Face

Vivian has pearly pale skin, often being described as a ghost by those who she considered friends once. She has freckles on her nose and in between her eyes, and a singular beauty mark on her chin, both of which she inherited from her mother. She has very dark brown eyes, which is almost impossible to tell that they are brown in the slightest and has perfect eyebrows and lips.

Body Type

Being only 11, Vivian is around the average height of a First-Year, around 56 inches tall. She has long slender arms and legs, and refuses to slouch, carrying herself tall and elegantly. She is quite fit and has a smaller waist than most, but other than that she looks like any other normal 11-year-old girl.

Style of Clothing

Vivian is quite fond of the "Dark Academia" Aesthetic, as it showcases her love of knowledge, literature, and the arts perfectly. However, when she discovered it had a style of clothing as well, she practically fell in love. The dress pants and turtlenecks, blazers and trench coats, flats and pumps seemed to call to her. On days where she isn't wearing her uniform, she's found cozied up with a good book and her favorite style of fashion.

Family

The Crowells, being Purebloods, has a gargantuan family tree, stretching across generations and generations. Vivian can hardly keep track of all the aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and great grandparents she has, so I'll only name a few, just to save time.

Relationships

Vivian had few friends before she went to Hogwarts, but she had a small, tight circle of acquittances who she cared for very dearly, and some who weren't as friendly.

1.) Ophelia - An old friend of Vivian who she misses and might have cared for a bit too much very dearly. If only she hadn't passed away..

2.) Mary Jane - A girl she's known since diapers, Mary was a Squib, but Vivian still treasured her like any of her other friends.

3.) Adelaine Hayes - A girl who Vivian thought she could trust, but ended up getting stabbed in the back by when she made a fool of Vivian at her birthday party by calling her..some not so nice words.

4.) Eden Hayes - Twin brother of Adelaine, he's just as mischievous and ten times more annoying. He's ridiculed Vivian for far too many things that will remain unnamed, as he learns most of his taunting from his sister.

Early Life (Birth to Age 5)

Vivian Crowell was brought into this world on a bleak, rainy Saturday at 4:30 in the morning, screaming and crying, announcing her arrival to the entire Hospital. Daughter of Rebbecca and Oliver Crowell, many expected her to do great things like her Auror parents. Her brothers, Derwin, age 6, and Bartholomew, age 15, were both shocked and excited to learn they had a baby sister when she was carried into their spacious home in London. Vivian always found Derwin to be the more adventurous, rule-breaking type, and Bartholomew was the more serious, protective type.

Vivian's early life consisted of running around, waving fake toy wands her brother whittled out of wood for her, and spending time outside in the garden or the greenhouse. She also learned to read at a young age, thanks to her mother. She was a curious, adventurous girl, taking her house cat, Inky, (which was a very creative name for a black cat) for walks in the forest. She had few friends, but they were the best friends a 5-year-old girl could ask for. Ophelia and Mary stuck by her side for everything, sleepovers, playdates, you name it. Until that fateful day arrived..

Child Years (Age 5 - Age 10)

It was summer. They were playing outside as usual. Vivian had brought out her shiny, red ball and was playing with it in her yard with Mary Jane and Ophelia. Ophelia bunted the ball a bit too high and watched as it sailed into the air, landing at the abandoned house no one dared to go near. Ophelia, being the show-off and carefree girl she was, entered the old, creaky house, but never returned. They searched and searched, but she was gone. Vivian, unable to contain her worry, bolted inside the house, and after a few minutes of searching, found the body of her dearest friend. Vivian was in utter shock for the next few weeks, couped up in her room without any signs of coming out. Vivian blamed herself for bringing that ball outside.

It was only Vivian and Mary after that. They grew apart after the ball incident. Vivian didn't want to hurt Mary, and Mary didn't want to hurt Vivian. They didn't speak to each other for years. Vivian spent the rest of her days indoors, tucked away, hidden from the world reading Shakespear, writing poetry, and waiting patiently for the day she turned 11 so she could leave her home and go to Hogwarts. She and Ophelia had promised they would step on that train together, but alas, it was not meant to be.

One chilly fall day, Vivian was sitting outside on the curb with her little brother when Derwin began to sneeze. He always got sick out in the cold, but he had begged Vivian to play outside with him, so she reluctantly brought him outside. Vivian's parents weren't home and her older brother was taking a nap, so Vivian rushed him inside the house as his sneezing turned into violent coughing. Vivian panicked and tried to give him some hot water, but the water heater wasn't working. She sighed, irritated, and shut her eyes tightly as Derwin coughed more. Suddenly, the mug she was holding became very warm, and she peered inside. Hot steam was rising. She blinked, confused, but ignored it and ran to give her brother the water, who gulped it down gratefully. She told her parents what happened and they were very excited. Vivian quickly realized what she had done was magic.

Adolesence Years (Age 11 - ??)
Near the end of summer, a letter arrived. Marked with the Hogwarts Crest. Vivian was shrieking as she ran down her hallway to her parent's room, making quite a ruckus and waking a snoozing Inky. Of course, she had been expecting her letter, but it was still exciting to open the vanilla envelope and read the letter inside. She rushed to Diagon Alley with her family, buying every single thing on the supply list. She was thrilled to finally be going to Hogwarts, but also quite terrified.

First Year

The Common Room - Vivian enters the Ravenclaw Tower for the first time and makes new acquaintances. STATUS: Completed.

Rainy Day In - Vivian bumps into a transfer student in the library, and they quickly become friends. STATUS: Abandoned.
