As Lamik wandered the trophy room, sliding his hand across the various dusty glass panes and marble surfaces, he couldn't help but wonder his name would ever join those that were already there. The boy wasnt considered to usually be especially vain, attentuon seeking, or even competitive, yet he still couldn't deny how nice it would be to recieve a trophy or medal, and to have it kept in the trophy hall for future generations. Of course, the chances of that happening were rather slim, as Lamik Fillestar wasn't especially talented at anything that could be competitive.

But a boy could still hope, and though Lamik wasn't sure what he woule be awarded for entierly on his own merit, he was still the seeker of Gryffindors quidditch team. If the team managed to win a season then his name might be inscribed onto whatever trophy Kyle DeRooke was given, and that would have to be enough. One day... the boy hoped ...One day I'll enter the dueling club. I think I'd be better at that. Lamik wouldn't be lying if he said that he enjoyed quidditch- he really did- yet other members of his team seemed to have a passion for it that he could never muster up; a passion that he knew he wpuld be able to feel on a dueling arena.

@Lamik Fillestar<3

Emile almost fell over when he entered the Trophy Room. He had been chased by some sort of ghost. He had yet to know most of their names, and after that little..experience, he wasn't sure he wanted to know their names. If knowing someone's name made them more familiar, that could mean there's a possibility they would want to play more tricks on him. Though, on the other hand, the thought of having a friend that's a ghost intrigued the young boy. Bested by his interest, he got out his leather notebook and scribbled his thoughts and ideas about the "ghost friend" within its pages. As more ideas started to pile up, he stood against a wall, lost in his thoughts. At this point, he was writing about how there may be some sort of way for romance to be a part of it. He had always wondered whether or not he would be able to write a book...maybe if he pursued the same genre as his mother, she would see his potential! But..his dad might not be so pleased with that. Emile sighed. "At least I have Gram and Pop." He muttered, staring blankly at his notebook.

He scribbled down a couple more notes about ghosts and shoved his leather notebook into the pocket of his robes. He fixed his appearance, noticing that he looked a bit disheveled after running from that ghost. He straightened his tie and fixed his hair, then took a deep breath and let it out. He was back to being completely fine. Pretty much. Fine on Emile's term, if that makes sense. He peered around wherever he was. He took in the dusty walls and the candles. The trophies and the cases they were in. The names on the trophies and what they were for. The smell of the candles reminded him of his Gram sitting in front of the fire knitting some socks for Pop. He sighed. It reminded him of home.

His home now was Hogwarts. He loved it here. Though since he became a second-year he hadn't treated it as his home. He didn't see his friends often. He didn't see them at all. He hadn't talked to a single person in weeks. It was getting to be a problem. He wondered how his friends were doing. Marla, Koko, Ruby, Gris, Lamik. And some more people. He hadn't been being a very good friend. He had locked himself up in his dorm, other than for classes and meals and the toilet, working on his book. He had freaked himself out about never being able to find something to write about. He hadn't been keeping up and hadn't heard about what had happened within the school other than the Ball, Giants, and Kae. He sighed. And then when he came out of hiding he got chased by a ghost. Maybe it was God telling him he shouldn't go outside. He didn't know.

He hadn't told anyone about the fact that he was a werewolf. The only people that knew were his Gram and Pop. His parents didn't even know. He was feeling bottled up, but the only thing he could turn to was his notebook, and it was stressing him out.

He walked further into the room, and by some sort of miracle, there was Lamik. Lamik Fillestar, someone Emile considered to be one of his best friends. He thought it was him, but he wasn't sure, so he called out. It would be extremely awkward if it turned out it wasn't Lamik. "Lamik? Is..is that you?" He asked. He wondered that if Lamik would even talk to him after locking himself in his dorm.

Lamik didn't really have any reason to stay in the trophy room for too long- he was a muggle born, after all, and even though he may have had some distant relative that was a wizard, the chances that he would find his families name on one of the awards was infinitesimally small. Because of that, he began heading towards the exit from the far end of the room, walking back through the various shelves and cabinets. The boy wasn't really sure what he wanted to do next, as he had found himself bored quite a bit over the previous few weeks.

Luckily, someone was standing at the door who changed his uncertainty. His best friend, who he had barely seen for far too long, had decided to randomly show up. "Emmy!" He said, a wide grin spreading across his face as he rushed towards the boy. "Of course its me. Who else would have such beautiful blue eyes?" Lamik batted his lashes dramatically before asking a question that had been on his mind for quite a while: "What happened? I rarely ever see you around anymore!" The young boy was pretty concerned for his friend- he didn't think it was like Emmy to randomly disappear, so something may have been wrong.

PV: Lamik

Emile smiled warmly at Lamik, happily knowing that Lamik still seemed to think of Emile as a friend. He had worried himself in his dorm that everyone would hate him. This was partly because he thought that if he left everyone would hound him about what had happened. He also thought that coming out would be awful, which in turn made him stay in his dorm even longer. He also made an effort to always take routes back to the dorm from the Great Hall that wouldn't have other people in the midst of it. Especially people he knew. It was a continuous cycle of going out, getting scared to come out, and going back in. It was not healthy, but thankfully Emile somehow got himself out of his room. He decided that it was, in fact, an extremely positive thing that he and Lamik had ended up seeing each other in the trophy room.

Emile had an urge to take out his notebook, but he decided that he should probably savor this moment instead. He had a gut feeling that Lamik would probably be fine if Emile decided to write down what was happening, but in his heart, Emile felt it was extremely rude to do so. They hadn't seen each other in weeks! Emile turned back to Lamik, trying to focus not what was in his head but what's in front of him.

Another reason Emile was scared to come out of his room was that no one knew he was a werewolf. He had yet to tell anyone except for his Gram and Pop, and it was eating away at him. Wherever he went, he had an impulse to just scream to everyone that he was a werewolf. It was getting to be a problem. Would not possibly be a good time to tell Lamik? Emile didn't quite know. Maybe it was overwhelming to see someone who you hadn't seen in weeks for the first time. Gah! I feel like my head is about to explode! He thought, feeling his cheeks burn up a bit. He took a deep breath and tried to respond to Lamik instead of getting in his head.

"Emmy!" Lamik had said and rushed over to him. Emile couldn't fight the urge to hug him and ended up doing so. "Of course it's me. Who else would have such beautiful blue eyes?" Lamik said, and Emile let out a light chuckle. He broke from the hug after his last question. "What happened? I rarely ever see you around anymore!" He said, a confused look in his eyes. And..was that worry in his eyes too? Emile couldn't tell.

"Your eyes are lovely," Emile said, chuckling. "I was just..caught up in something." He said bluntly. "Maybe we can talk..about it?" He questioned, struggling to get those words out.

Lamik was pleasantly surprised when Emile hugged him. Of course, he hugged back as tight as he could. It was a strange coincidence that they had both decided to arrive at the trophy room- one of the least visited places in the castle. Strange didn't mean unwelcome though, and the boy was happy that he would be able to have his first conversation with Emile in quite a while in peace and quiet. He wasn't about to let anyone disturb them while he was still trying to figure out what Emmy had been doing during his time away from... well.... everyone.

"Maybe we can talk..about it?"

"Maybe?" Lamik said in slight disbelief. "Of course we can talk about it! If something is wrong, I want to know all about it." The boy looked at Emile for a few moments before nodding. "Lets sit down." He said, looking around him in hopes of finding something to sit on. Upon realizing that there were no chairs, benches, or stools in the room, the boy sighed. "Ya. Lets... sit down." Without another word he sat down on the cold stone floor and looked up at Emile with an expecting yet friendly (as always) expression.

Emile looked at Lamik expectantly. It wasn't like he was waiting for the other Gryffindor to say: "No! We cannot talk about it at all! I don't care about you or why you were cooped up in that dorm at all! Go away, mongrel! Get out of my sight." And so on. That was not what he thought would happen. Though, on the other hand, he understood if Lamik may not want to talk about it. Maybe he didn't care as much as he used to, which was completely understandable. So when Lamik responded, Emile set out a small sigh of relief. It was the type of sigh that only he would notice himself doing. It was extremely small on the outside, but on the inside, Emile felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted on his shoulder. "Maybe?" Lamik said in slight disbelief. "Of course we can talk about it! If something is wrong, I want to know all about it." He had responded.

"Thank you, Lamik. I appreciate it." Emile said quietly, feeling his eyes burn a bit. Why was he going to start crying? He quickly blinked back tears and slapped his face slightly. He was not going to cry. Not.  Crying. "Let's sit down. Ya...let's sit down." Lamik said and plopped onto the hard floor. Emile peered down at him for a moment, then took his spot next to his friend. The floor was cold, almost like he was sitting on snow. But in a way, it was kind of comforting. Sitting on the floor felt more intimate. Of course, not like that. Platonic intimate, if that makes sense. He looked up at Lamik after taking his seat and took a deep breath.

"Uh..so in short..I was working on my book.  I can explain all of it. But there's also something else I'd like to say..." Emile said, about to tell someone about the bane of his existence. He stared at the floor for a moment, focusing on a speck of dust floating around. Watching it move and it's the shape and everything about it. Trying to take his mind off of the thought at hand for a moment. "Before I tell you..I just want to say if you stop being my friend after this, I understand. I don't know if I would want to be my friend if I were like this either. And even if you stop, please don't tell anyone. I want to slowly make it known. But only to certain people. Promise?" Emile asked, his green eyes sparkling a little bit.

Lami honestly enjoyed sitting on the floor. Yes it was cold, hut the boy usually enjoyed lower temperatures. Besides, its not like he could have decided to sit anywhere else, and standing just seemed like a waste of energy. And so as the boys rested on the cool stone floor, Lamik couldn't help but wonder what was so serious- at least, he assumed that it was serious. The boy really had no way of knowing the severity of what had happened, but Emile seemed somewhat worried and that was enough to give off the impression that something was very wrong.

Lamiks suspicions were confirmed when Emile started speaking again. Suposedely, what he was about to share was not only an extremely important secret, but was so bad that Lamik might not want to be his friend anymore. "Well of course I wont tell anyone..." He said, before adding with a reassuring smile. "And something tells me that whatever youre about to say wont be enough to make me like you any less. Its not that easy to get rid of me." The young Gryffindor was being honest. Unless Emile had decided to murder somebody for no reason, Lamik couldn't think of anything that would change his opinions about his friend.

Emile waited, his pale skin turning a slightly rosy color. He felt vulnerable. Not like normal. He didn't love this feeling. At all. He stared at the ground once more, and his breathing picked up a bit after Lamik spoke. "Well, of course, I won't tell anyone..." Lamik said, smiling at Emile. Emile nodded, feeling like bricks had been removed from his shoulders. "And something tells me that whatever you're about to say won't be enough to make me like you any less. It's not that easy to get rid of me." He added, which took even more pressure off of Emile.

Emile gave himself a small pep talk. It wasn't like he was around Hogwarts as a..well..werewolf. He didn't like that word much. It felt poisonous. But maybe that was the reason he needed to tell someone. To make it not as bad. He was only eleven, but he felt like he needed to accept what was going on at a faster pace. If not now, when? He sighed, and looked at Emile, a small glimmer in his foresty green eyes. He took a deep breath.

"Thank you, Lamik. This is..just really hard." He leaned his head back and made eye contact with Lamik. His was was serious as he spoke. "Alright. Here goes. I'm..I'm a werewolf." He said. He said it. The three words that had caused him to lock himself up in his form for all those months. It was..that easy? That easy to say the words? Merde. Tu es un cul! (Damn. You're an idiot.) He thought. He thought in French. Things were already changing. He hadn't spoken French since his time at Hogwarts. Other than writing home to his Gram and Pop. He felt his eyes burn. His vision got blurry. Lamik turned into a blur of blonde and blue and pale peach. He felt something slide down his cheek. Was he..crying? Stop crying! Stop being weak! Emile sniffled. More tears. "I'm sorry. I feel so weak right now. Please don't be scared of me." Emile said through tears. He was dealing with a lot for only being eleven.

In the short list below, a few out of the many possibilities of Emiles secret that had gone through Lamiks head are mentioned:

-Emmy was a murderer (9/10 - terrible)

-Emmy was a kidnapper (7/10 - extremely bad)

-Emmy was a secret agent from another country (5/10 - pretty damn bad)

-Emmy coppied during tests (6/10 - very bad)

-Emmy enjoyed pizza with strange topings (4/10 - bad)

-Emmy thought that Pringle, Lamiks stuffed lion was stupid (10/10 - war crime)

If it had crossed his mind, Lamik would have probably ranked the "badness level" of being a wherewolf at "0/10 - Alright".

"Alright." Lamik said, his expression betraying a slight bit of confusion. "Didn't know that." From what he knew about real life wherewolves, doing bad things wasn't the persons choice during full moons. Because of this, Lamik didn't really see how it made anyone a bad person, and therefor assumed that wasn't the secret. "So, how does that relate to what you wanted to tell-" before he could finish his sentence, Lamik was suprised to realize that his friend had started crying. "Scared of you?" He said softly in response to Emiles question. "Why would I be scared of you?"
