A Peculiar Meeting
Interactions: @Rafael D'Spacito
Prim walked into the library followed by Rafael. He had called their library meeting quite a bit early. The Feast wasn't even over yet. "What is it?" Prim asked. "Why did you pull me out?" She realized she was talking quite loud and the librarian was staring daggers at the pair of them. "Let's go over here."
Prim led Rafael to a quiet corner where the librarian's eyes could not see them. She pulled out a chair and sat down at a table made out of oak and maple. She ran her fingers across the chair. This is nice.
At her own home her tables and chairs were made out of a darker and less sanded wood. The kind her parents loved. Memories of home flooded Prim like a tidal wave and both love and hatred flew through her at the same time. She could just picture her parents stern faces as they scolded her for 'dropping the glass with her clumsy hands' or 'not knowing how to fix a wound' as they reminded her how much better her sister was than her by comparing her over and over again to her. Love and sadness helped her picture her loving sister who had no idea how much Prim was suffering from her perfectness. Who was always there for Prim even with everything going on with her own life. Brie was the best thing in the world to Prim. It made Prim furious the way that her parents could destroy that love by the simplest of words.
Prim was awaken from her thoughts of hatred by a huge thump against the wall. A book had gone flying. This is what had happened when her magic had surfaced except this was much stronger. "Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry!" Prim cried. She hurried over to where the book had fallen and picked it up with her bandaged hands from the Great Hall. She quickly picked it up before the librarian came over to see what was going on. Prim sat down in her chair again face towards Rafael, her mind totally aware of her surroundings. "Let me ask you again," Prim said with a deep breath "What is going on, and why did you pull me from the great hall?"

“What is it?" Prim asked Rafa. She was so cold to him, it was a little confusing – Rafa wasn’t exactly sure what he did. Oh, crud. Tim must’ve said something on the train. "Why did you pull me out?" She was talking so loud! Not that Rafa had an issue with her yelling, but the librarian already hated him as much as it is. “Let's go over here,” she told him.
They both found a quiet corner and sat down. “I just wanted to see you, man,” he told Prim. “We saw each other on the train, and then you just up-and-left.” Prim didn’t seem to hear her, her hands tracing the wood in front of them. She had an angry sort of look on her face. Suddenly, a book went flying through the air – it nearly decapitated Rafa. “Christ!” he yelled, nearly missing it. “You trying to kill me or something?” he said, his voice slightly raised.
"Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry!" Prim said at the same time, seemingly out of her trance. She quickly picked up the book, and sat down in her chair again, facing Rafa. "Let me ask you again," Prim said, taking a deep breath. "What is going on? And why did you pull me from the Great Hall?"
“I wanted to see if you were alive!” he breathed, trying to squander the anger in his voice. “Je-Sus! Jesus H. Christ.” He tried to calm his heart rate – he hated jump scares. “I mean, do I need a flipping reason to see you? Mierda…”
He took a deep breath, getting his emotions together. Sighing, he rubbed his eyes. “Sorry. Sorry, man. But, what the heck? Are you okay?” he wouldn’t lie – part of him was a bit worried. He knew a few people who didn’t have a good grip on their unconscious magic – he knew when there was something on someone’s mind.

Prim realized that as she'd been lost I thought, Rafa was getting all riled up. Like really riled up. She processed all that he had said. "Ok first of all please stop calling me man. My name is Primrose. If my name were Man I would have burned by birth certificate and jumped off a bridge. And secondly, I just up and left because I was getting tired of you. And Tim. Mostly Tim." Prim muttered. She could remember Tim laughing and prodding her like the annoying stereotypical boy that he was. And still is. Prim sighed, a little irritated yet amused just thinking about it. She returned to her present conversation with Rafa. Past everything she'd already addressed, all she could remember was Rafa swearing. A lot. Not that Prim really cared.
Though Prim was just joking around with Rafa she realized that she could have come across as mean. "I'm kidding, you know that right? She said almost timidly as if she'd never met the boy. "And I didn't mean to throw that book at you. I was just thinking about my parents back home and that just gets me so angry." Prim saw a concerned look on Rafa's face as he rubbed his eyes. "Sorry. Sorry man. But what the heck? Are you ok?" Prim was a little irritated about him calling her man again but dismissed it. "Yes, I'm fine but seriously dude. The real question is are you ok? Prim said jokingly. "I've never seen you so scared. I should throw books at you with my mind more often." Prim smirked at him waiting for a ridiculous answer. Because that was Rafa for you. At least in Prim's eyes.

A Peculiar Meeting
Saoirse burst through the down, without a sound. "PRIMMMMROOOOSEEEEE!" She looked over at the librarian who looked as though she would kill somebody, "sorry ma'am." Saoirse slowed and calmed down before noticing Primrose in the back corner, with...? She charged over regardless of who that was, even if he had good intentions he will learn to never falsely scare an Irish girl. She bashed into the boy without a care, "Prim.." she said in a hushed chorus of joy, standing to hug her friend before turn back to the boy with cold, hard eyes. "Why are you here with him, and who is he?"
Saoirse looked over at the boy, who was struggling to stand for a moment. She angrily pointed at him, "and why by everything did you come here during the feast of all times?" Rolling her eyes her annoyance came to tone, "nobody should be here right now." She looked back over at Primrose watching both of the other children process the series of events that had just happened, come to think. Not even she really knew what just happened. All she did was knock this boy down for Prim's sake and it had boggled her mind.

“Ok, first of all, please stop calling me man. My name is Primrose. If my name were Man I would have burned by birth certificate and jumped off a bridge. And secondly, I just up and left because I was getting tired of you. And Tim. Mostly Tim." The Tim part made sense, but why hate on his speech? It wasn’t like he was super educated on casual English all that well. And it wasn’t like he could copy their English slang. His cheeks heated up, and he tried to catch his tongue. But before he could lose his head, Prim continued talking.
"I'm kidding, you know that right?” she said, almost nervously. "And I didn't mean to throw that book at you. I was just thinking about my parents back home and that just gets me so angry." Prim saw a concerned look on Rafa's face as he rubbed his eyes. Then she went on to make a comment about throwing books more often, which truly confused Rafa. It was a bit hard to keep up with her sometimes. He took a deep breath, tucking his anger away for the moment.
Still, before he could further comment, another girl burst into the library. "PRIMMMMROOOOSEEEEE!" the girl yelled. Rafa, still hating jump scares, instinctively reached for his wand, but he stopped himself from using it – she had knocked him right on the ground..He felt his face grow red, his anger bubbling to the surface. “Why are you here with him, and who is he?” she said, glaring him down. Now, this really set Rafa off. It wasn’t really a good idea to rile him up – he was a Gryffindor, who had grown up on the wrong side of the wrong city. I mean, how weird is it, meeting a friend in the library?
He said a few words in Spanish that he would never repeat in front of his mother, before picking himself right off the ground, a threatening look on his face. “What’s so weird about seeing your friends?” he asked, his voice raised. “Oh, his name is Rafael D’Spacito, thank you very much.” She waved at the library. “And to answer your question, why not? Everybody studies during the Feast! What, I need your permission or something?” he growled. “Who do you think you are? Knocking me down?” He turned towards Prim, squandering his anger for a moment. Wow, that got a bit out of hand. “Prim, who the hell is this?” he asked.

Interacting with:
"Hey Rafa! Do you by any chance had a quill I could borrow?"
Wren was tired. So tired. She had slept hallway through dinner. She wasn't really hungry, so she decided to skip all together and catch up on some homework. She was starting on her Astronomy homework (after vigorously deciding it was the easiest) when she realized that she needed some materials she didn't have. She needed to research the definition of astronomy, which the professor had failed to mention due to time issues I guess. For the most part all her classes were pretty interesting, there were some that, even for the first lesson would prove to be a lot of work. As Wren walked into the library hugging her astronomy book, (because she had decided to just do her homework there instead of walking back to the dormitory, and back again if she needed something else) she realized she didn't have her quill. She really didn't feel like walking all the way back to her dorm to go get it, and anyways, there were a couple of kids that were surprisingly in the library to. Apparently they had skipped the meal, (which was weird for kids her age, but whatever.) so she decided to go see if they had one she could borrow. It kind of seemed like they were angry at each other, but whatever, she had never been very good at restraining herself. She walked up to the boy she recognized as her long time friend Rafael D'Spacito and said:@Primrose Mcarthy @Rafael D'Spacito @Saoirse Dwight

A Peculiar Meeting
"PRIMROOOSEEEEEEE!" Oh no. Saoirse Dwight was running into the library so fast that Prim was surprised that she hadn't run into a bookshelf just yet. Saoirse ran straight into Rafa slamming him into the wall. "Rafa!" Prim cried. She rushed over to help him up.
"Rafa are you ok?" Prim immediately turned around to see Saoirse in a rage of sorts. "Why are you here with him and who is he!?!?" Saoirse demanded. She was huffing and puffing so loud Prim was surprised that she hadn't fainted yet.
Is that librarian deaf? Prim wondered. "Saoirse please calm down! This is Rafael D'Spacito. He's the leader of the Acid Pop's rival club, Club Thunderbird. We met on the train and he wanted to talk in the library afterwards but he pulled me out earlier than that." Prim honestly was terrified. She could have broken this kid's back faster than she broke that poor old frog's back at Summer Camp.
Rafa then out of nowhere got up, extremely angry, and started telling Saoirse off. "What's so weird about seeing your friends?" he fired off. "Oh, his name is Rafael D'Spacito, thank you very much. And to answer your question why not? Everyone studies during the feast. What I need your permission or something? Who do you think you are knocking me down?"
That was the wrong choice Rafa Prim thought. She's Irish. Prim could already see the anger flaming up in Saoirse's face. "Prim who the hell is this?" he said. That would only make it worse. This was going to be an interesting night.

Oh n-yes, a delightful scowl came across her face as she looked over at the boy. "Say one more word in poisoned tongue Mr. Spanish, and I.Will.Hit.You." She was already fed up with this boy, "I'm Saoirse Dwight, Primrose's friend." Her regular, cheerful tone came back, she was trying everything she could not to hit this...she tried to pull herself from letting out a cursed word."Prim, who the hell is this?"
Saoirse couldn't hold back anymore, a city scamper wouldn't stop a flaming Irish temper. She jabbed her elbow into his chest again sent him flying onto the ground before jumping atop him, not even bothering to care about the new blondie's appearance. "Idiot..." she spat out with a scowl on her face before getting of him and pulling her up by his robe, the boy was heavier than about 10 bricks but whatever, when Saoirse got angry, nothing, not even weight could stop her. "An t-amadán seo, cé a cheapann sé go bhfuil sé. Cad atá chomh mícheart sin le staidéar a dhéanamh le cairde, u!" He had really done it now, and Saoirse was sure Prim knew. She only ever spoke Gaelige when she was truly ignited, and this fool was doing nothing to stop his inevitable Irish doom.“What’s so weird about seeing your friends?”

A Peculiar Meeting
@Primrose Mcarthy @Saoirse Dwight @Wren Caster
Now, Rafa had a code – there was no hitting girls. It was a chivalry thing – a real man would only defend the fairer sex, and throw punches at those who could really take it. He had sworn an oath, actually – among his friends one day, in the middle of the woods. They had all cut their palms open, and with their blood, they swore that they would always defend women, no matter how angry they got.
Right now, that was very hard to remember. Rafa’s blood was boiling. He could explode or something. It had started when she had called him ‘Mr. Spanish’. Now, he had no qualms with people bringing up his ethnicity, but when people used it as an insult – the racism of it all just made Rafa want to punch something, hurt someone. He had an explosive kind of anger, in which he didn’t think. He tried to control it, but his efforts hardly ever worked.
Then she had assaulted him – her elbow went flying into his chest, sending him across the ground. He felt the air leave his lungs as her feet came down on his chest. His mind filled with white pain, before completely filling with rage. She said something, about an idiot, and then spoke in a language he couldn’t recognize, but Rafa wasn’t really paying attention. All he could really hear was the pounding in his ears. He thought he would explode or something, with all the anger in his body. He could only picture his face – beet red, his fists shaking, a positively deadly look in his eye. She picked him up by his robes, holding him in front of her, saying something he couldn’t make out.
He couldn’t do it. He literally could not withhold his rage for a single moment more. His hands exploded out, shoving the redhead into the bookshelf behind her. She went completely airborne for a moment, before a sickening snap sounded. The bookshelf had splintered just slightly, books tumbling off the bottom tiers. ”¡Qué demonios cree que es, puta racista irlandesa!” he growled, his voice shaking. “¡Empujar a las personas con poco incentivo y absolutamente cero autocontrol o moderación!” His hands were still twitching as he quickly made his way to her, his fists clenched into tight little balls. He had to do something, he couldn’t just stand there, let her get away with butting into his conversations, mouthing off to him in racist ways, hurting him when all he wanted to do was meet up with a friend of his. Who does she think she is? Who does she bloody think she is?
She was right there in front of him. It would be so easy to relieve his anger right in her face, to make her feel some kind of pain or remorse from being absolutely terrible. But when he brought his fist back, he remembered that promise he made in the woods all that time ago with his friends. He couldn’t hit a girl. He just couldn’t.
His fist, instead, barreled into the library shelf, his hand splintering the wood. Books tumbled from all around, the bookshelf absolutely destroyed where he hit it. He felt pain explode through his hand, a wet sensation pooling around it – he knew what that meant. He still felt a great deal of rage, but most of it had dissipated. This girl doesn’t even deserve my respect. “Who do you think you are?” Rafa growled at her in a low, positively deadly voice. "Who. Do you think. You are?”
He looked at Prim, hoping he hadn’t scared her too terribly. He wasn’t an angry person, but he simply didn’t get pushed around, especially by someone who had no business poking their nose in his conversations. And his and Prim's visit had been going so well. “I’ve got homework to do,” he said to her quickly, before turning. He then noticed another friend of his. “Oh, hey Wren. What are you doing here?”
He didn’t want to stick around long for a reaction out of the redhead or the librarian, who had seemed to pick up on the noise but not the turn of events. He decided if Wren wanted to answer that question, she could just follow him. He couldn’t stay in this library anymore. He was going to be sick.

Rafa was angry. Prim knew he had said the wrong thing and now he was paying for it. Saoirse jabbed him with her elbow knocking him back against the wall. Not giving him a second to breathe she picked him up and slammed him on the floor stepping on top of him. "Saoirse! What are you doing!?!?!?" Prim cried. Saoirse acted as if not a word had been said, continuing. She picked him up by his robes to where his legs where dangling above the floor. "Saoirse stop!" Prim cried. "Please!" She took a look at Rafa. He didn't even seem to be hurting. He was just so angry, so furious, so enraged. His eyes were focused on nothing but hate. "Saoirse STOP!" Prim screamed.
Rafa was seriously choking. His eyes were bugging out and his cheeks were beginning to go blue. Rafa managed to get his arms out and with all his might he shoved Saoirse up against the bookshelf.
