Ojú.. That's the lake?
The days were passing slowly, in which he was getting more and more accustomed to the place where he studied, at Hogwarts... Ancel had enrolled in the compulsory classes and tried to drive with them since it was something completely different because he had never studied that kind of classes at his muggle school, but he considered it as a kind of challenge to discover unknown branches - although he already knew some of the classes like Herbology or Potions. In his bedroom, he was lying down thinking about how he had advanced to be able to socialize, although he had the feeling that in that dance he was in it was quite difficult to be able to socialize because there were too many people; He turned to think for a few minutes and opted to go out for a few hours, in which he would allow himself a few minutes to rest and enjoy such a relaxing moment. He sighed as he changed his sleepwear into casual wear.
He was a bit hesitant about his type of clothing until he decided to choose wearing blue jeans, a scarlet buttoned shirt and comfortable sneakers “I think I do look much better now.” he said looking at himself in the mirror because he always thought that wearing muggle clothes was better than wearing school clothes, but he only wore it when he had to access classes as part of the school requirement. He sighed and put on his glasses, then grabbed the wand that rested on the nightstand and his coat, in case the weather was cold - since Ancel had problems when he went out and ended up with a cold for wearing clothes of that type in bad climate... As he reached the grounds, Ancel started to practice Spanish because, someone from his family would come to visit him from Spain to explain some details about the family - although his grandmother had mentioned that this specific person had contacted them about a family inheritance issue that neither Ancel nor Dean knew about.
For a few minutes, he stood still at the large hall door as he gazed up at the sky, a thoughtful expression “I feel like I should be ready at some point... Although I feel a little tired of always being involved in family dramas.” he muttered, shaking his head, as a way of saying that he disapproved of getting him into what he shouldn't be. But who could avoid it? He was a member of the family and always had to be aware, in addition to that the problems seemed to come on their own, something he was already used to. He walked until he reached the shore of the Great Lake “I did not imagine it was beautiful, at least on the night I came here.” he muttering remembering the first day when he hadn't seen the lake by day yet - until now, he approached one of the big rocks and he sat down.

"I'm starting to think there's something about the lake itself that's magical," she broke the silence, perhaps interrupting his thoughts. She had watched as he walked towards the Great Lake which was one of her favorite study spots. When she looked out to the vast body of water, she seemed to get captured for a moment too.
Alina always felt there was something about how big it was and not seeing the other side that just allowed one to collect their thoughts a bit more. It was like falling asleep almost, they say imagine a white wall, not darkness, and so forth. A blank void to just allow oneself to relax.
She did glance over to him, recognizing him but not able to put a name with the face. He didn't have his Hufflepuff uniform on and while she still dawned her school uniform, that Hufflepuff tie of hers was off as it instantly was any moment she could. The attire he had chosen was nice and she approved and she gave a bit of a smile.
"Draws you in, you know? Comforts you." The Great Lake was perhaps the best place to come when one needed a moment of solitude to collect their thoughts. Alina then realized she was probably interrupting his.

Ojú.. That's the lake?
Crystal wanted a bit of fresh air after she got the rest of her bed area set up. It was feeling stuffy being stuck inside all day, so she decided to go out back to the lake that Alina showed her. Maybe she would explore the area around it, hopefully she wouldn't trip again. But with her that is never a guarantee. But because of that fact, she had a small bag on her and was wearing much more casual clothes. A nice black t-shirt and some light blue jeans. She had tennis shoes on that would hopefully give her feet better grip on any wet or slippery stones she might come across. Hopefully she might find some animals, or maybe even a hidden cave! She started to run over to say hi, being careful to watch her footing so that she didn't fall. She then finally noticed the guy that was sitting on the rocks nearby Alina. She didn't recognize him, but she noticed that like her the guy was in more comfortable clothing like she was. At first she was questioning inturupting the two, maybe they were really close or something. She decided against that though, so she continued over to them.
"Hey Alina! Who is this?" she questioned her friend, waving at the two of them with a big smile on her face.

She didn't expect someone else to be there and jumped a little at the voice but then laughed at being startled. She was so easily startled. "Bren! Hi!" she still had a smile on her face, obviously not minding the interruption at all. In fact, she was also part of the interruption because it had been Ancel who was at the lake first.
"This is....umm, one of our fellow Hufflepuffs," she paused to admire him a moment and tried to put a name with the face. Name with the face. Why was she so horrible at this??? They even shared some classes together!
"Yes, one of our fellow Hufflepuffs who has wandered out of the castle, across the grounds, and found himself at the Lake to gather his thoughts on how remarkable it must be if he were to stand here and have two brilliant fellow housemates befriend him."
She nodded, "yes, I think that is exactly the situation we have here, Bren. And lucky for this fellow," Alina placed her hand on Ancel's arm, although she still didn't know him at all, "here we are! Two brilliant fellow housemates, ready to befriend! Hello, to you," she said to the boy.

He was very focused on his thoughts, on what he was thinking about his years in which he would witness being at Hogwarts, on which he asked himself what he was looking for in the first years and what goals he had, something that he could not avoid it because he needed to be very clear about his decisions from his studies... Fortunately, he was already very clear about what he aspired to in his future: Magizoology - one of the studies that interested him most because he loved creatures, especially the nifflers.Interacting with: @Crystal Jagger @Alina Rosier
He hadn't even noticed, that there was a girl who had approached him before and had spoken to him until his brain stopped thinking in order to hear the voices and tilted his head just when the girls were talking about him, in which he outlined a smile and he got up “I just came here to socialize, but I was drawn here. And how about you two?” he explained tilting his head, while he kept the wand in his pocket since he had taken it out the moment he heard voices, wondering if they were clear.
He stared at the appearance of the girls, in which he noticed that one of them was a redhead, in which he had seen her in the common room of his house - which was not very strange because Ancel spent a lot of time there playing or doing assignments. He also noticed the other girl, whom he believed to be the first who had arrived “Hello, my name is Ancel Wandlow, and you?” he asked in a soprano voice, without moving his eyes in girls, wondering if they were... Just a good choice to socialize.

"Alina, Alina Rosier" she spoke. Alina Rosier was ALWAYS talking it seemed. Nervous habit? Perhaps. Or maybe she was just destined to be a blabbermouth. Time would tell. "Nice to meet you, Ancel," she said and did a little curtsy the way she did with everyone she met. "Looks like this is the Hufflepuff place to be, eh, badgers?"
No use denying she wasn't one since they both were in her house and also first years. "We could make our own little Great Lake club at this rate," she opened up her bag and pulled out a lemon drop, popping it into her mouth before extending the bag out to the both of them in case they would like one.
"What were you thinking about?" she asked curiously. Maybe it was none of her business but the boy was talking to them so hopefully he was up for sharing. Still, sometimes the thoughts one had at the Lake could be pretty deep like the waters. She often came here to think about her family, her current situation, her future. The mind could wander out there on anything really. "I mean, if you wish to share."

"My name's Crystal Jagger, nice to meet you," She greeted Ancel with a bright smile. Before switching her attention over to what Alina was saying. Crystal chuckled inwardly at the idea of a great lake club. It definitely feels like that would be something a lot of people would want to do. Seems like this is a popular place, definitely popular with her. She smiled and muttered a soft "thank you" when Alina offered her a lemon drop, popping one into her mouth. They were pretty good, she's never had one before. It was more sour than she was expecting, or used to, but it was still sweet enough that it wasn't too overwhelming.Interacting with @Alina Rosier and @Ancel Wandlow
She decided to let Alina do most of the talking, and just sat back observing Ancel. She liked to people watch a lot, and he seemed like a good candidate for a drawing. Crystal wished she brought her sketchbook with her. But she always kept a pen on her, one that worked well with drawing on arms. She took the pen out of her pockets and started to doodle on the back of her hand, all while listening to what Alina was talking about. She started to doodle male faces, trying to get his face shape right.

He was quite attentive to what the girls were talking about, although he noticed that the girl with the brown hair was the one who used to talk the most, so Ancel supposed that the redhead was more shy in the sense of socializing “I honestly don't know, not even me I have realized that I have arrived here.” he explained, cocking his head as he bit his lower lip, he sighed when he saw that the girl had talked about making a club about the Great Lake, which Ancel wasn't surprised “I couldn't say much, honestly... Not that I'm really a fan of clubs.” he explained with a frown.
He was a little thoughtful “The truth is that I was thinking about my future because sometimes I think that during what we are studying at Hogwarts, we have to take advantage of knowing the subjects and learning what we need, to reach a conclusion about the jobs that we want to have.” he explained as he scratched his index finger on his eyebrow. He sighed “Overall, I was thinking about my decisions.” he answered. Probably nobody would understand, although Ancel used to be rambling about his explanations on his things, it wasn't easy to understand him.

She shrugged, maybe understanding it. "Before I really came here I didn't think anyone had aspirations already at our age but then I met - well, practically everyone here! My twin sister Bella always had some idea but I always thought her just strange originally. I feel like everyone's got some plan or talent. And at first I thought seven years seemed like forever but as our first year just flies by...we really have to find what we're good at and start embracing it."
Maybe that's what she meant. "I've found I'm pretty good with Potions and Herbology. Charms? Ha. I better never need to use a wand to save my life, let's just say that." She saw he had his wand out and looked it over. That was something else she seemed to like, looking at all the intricate designs of all the wands. They were all so unique. "Mind if I see your wand?" she asked him and then looked to Crystal and laughed. "...Didn't sound right, but come now!" then she looked back to the boy and smiled. "Sorry...I don't know how to say that any other way." Maybe that was what she could be doing, something with Potions, Herbology, or wands.

Crystal was mostly listening to the situation while trying to draw Ancel. But she paused for a moment when the subject of jobs came up. She didn't talk though, she was too focused on drawing. Talking would make her mind loose the image she wanted to get out, and she already tried so hard to get the proper image to draw. But it made her start going over what she seems to be thinking about a lot recently. What would she want to do? There are so many options out there, and she doesn't have any really good idea of whether she even wants to do a muggle job or something more magic oriented. But she guessed she had enough years at Hogwarts to make that decision along the way. She was caught up in her thoughts and her art until she heard Alina say "Mind if I see your wand?".Interacting with @Alina Rosier and @Ancel Wandlow
She burst out laughing, nearly dropping her pen. Out of context that would sound SO bad. She tried to curb her chuckles as Alina kept talking. Alina defended herself by saying that there really isn't another way to ask the question. Crystal managed to get her laughs under control and spoke up "I mean you have a point, but it doesn't change what it sounds like," She teased. She started to run through all the ways you might ask that question, but all of them seemed to be worse and worse. "You know what that might be the best way to ask it."
