Studying the Fields Closed

On a bright sunny day, one that was rather rare in the otherwise cold and dreary highlands of Scotland, Harmony wandered Hogwarts' grounds, journal in hand, taking note of the green and beautiful foliage surrounding the school.

Growing up, she'd become quite familiar with various magical flowers and roots, a perk of having a potioneer for a mother. It was no surprise to anyone that knew her that Harmony, unlike her mother, was far more interested in what was going into the potions rather than the potions themselves. However, most of her mother's herbs and materials were, more often than not, already dead, so Harmony relished in the opportunity to finally see them in the form that they were meant to be in.

As she walked, taking care not to stray too far from the castle (lest she get in trouble), she came across various greenhouses; they were often used for Herbology classes, although, at this particular moment, the majority of them were empty. Assuming that it wouldn't be too big of a deal for her to walk into one of them, and comfortable enough with her own knowledge of magical fauna (or, at least, as comfortable as an eleven-year-old could be), Harmony walked inside, taking in the crisp, earthy scent of freshly-watered greenery and colorful display of flowers.

Almost immediately, she heard a faint honk, somewhat to the right of the doorway where she stood. Turning toward the noise, she saw what initially appeared to be normal daffodils, except for one key difference: they, well, honked! How curious, Harmony thought to herself, Mum had told me that there were plenty of variations of regular flowers and plants here, but...a honking plant? Mad!

Being careful not to touch any of them, just in case they'd also been enchanted with a poison of some sort, Harmony sat in front of the yellow flowers and opened her journal, deciding to draw them on a blank page. As she etched their image with her favorite quill, the occasional, faint honk proved to surprisingly be decent, almost calming background noise for the young artist.
