☾ Putting a name to a face ☾
Bare trees surrounded the courtyard, everything seemed to ever shade of a dark colour, the pines stood tall their Green needles lush in the cold air of the Scottish mountains.
Jo had finally got her hands on her warmer clothes and didn't need her winter coat to spend more time outdoors. She sat on one of the posts and seemed to be looking at the great lake enjoying the view. She brushed her long hair out of her eyes, her hands cold against her warm face, or the opposite to which she didn't pay attention.
For the first time in what seemed like years Jo thought of her primary school, she remembered not having any friends that cared about her that much. She remembered a girl that moved schools, but Jo could have counted her as her only Real friend in primary school.
She took a deep breath and saw a small cloud in front of her as she exhaled. Her primary school years weren't the best, she spent one too many nights doing homework and lost a great number of friends when she refused to "help" them with their homework, in other words, let them copy hers.
Over the years Jo had forgotten the girl's name but she still remembered her face. Her eyes were kind and her hair dark brown. Jo stood up and headed to the dorms, she needed to get ready for DADA.
