Frustrated behind her desk in her dorm, the young dhampir tried over and over to get a certain image on paper. But each attempt didn't work out. Putting her pen down, eyeing at the crumpled words in her trashbin, made her remember something. If you can't draw a shape on the parchment, why not try to shape the material itself? Like origami! When she was younger, her dad showed her many ways to create adorable creatures. They weren't very easy, but still fun to make!
And that Eureka moment led to this point.

Students who entered the Great Hall to participate in this errand, would see several stacks of paper in different colours scattered on the long tables. There would be some drawing supplies to add extra flavour to whichever creature they decided to fold. The tutorials available are one for each House's emblem animal: snake, badger, lion and raven. If one so wished, they could also try out some other mystical creatures like a unicorn, dragon and giraffe. After finishing your animal, you can ask a House elf to put a temporary enchantment on it. They will allow the papercraft to move around like the actual animal it represents, would. Note: the dragon would be able to breathe fire, keep in mind that the size of the flame would be about the same as the one of a lighter.

Here are some tutorials to give you an idea of how they'd be made (it's not a must, but you can try them out OOC if you want aswell), I don't expect you to write out each step. I just give these tutorials so it's easier for you guys, to have an idea of how origami works:
