Dearest Ana,

I'm glad to have found the note with your adress written on it. Between all my missorted books and papers, I was starting to get a bit worried when I couldn't find it right away. Would not have wanted you to think I'd forgotten you. I sincerely hope you are enjoying your time spent home. Had some gifts already?

Back here in Blackness all is quiet as usual. My father tells me only a handful of people were asking where I was about. Turns out he told them i went to some far off boarding school. He isn't wrong in a way. I'm actually heading back to London soon to pay another visit to Diagon Alley. Now that I'm more familiar with our magical customs, I'd like to take a peek at some of the oddities out there. We'll see what pops up.

Maybe I can find you some cool present for the new year. Though I'll have to admit it would be far more interesting with you there as well.

Dearest Hugh - 

You haven't the faintest idea how delighted I was to see your letter! I was starting to worry that I had given you the wrong address or something silly along those lines. It's also most gratifying to hear that you haven't completely forgotten about me just yet. My family is one of the types that takes Christmas rather seriously, and as a result, I'm nearly drowning in gifts. Honestly, I ought to send you some. How about you?

Do let me know when you're in London and I just might be able to drag my parents into the city then. They say that I speak about you quite a bit, so I'm sure they would be interested in meeting you. 

My holidays would be far more interesting if you were here, but I suppose your letters will do just fine in the meanwhile. Do write me back soon!

PS - what is your middle name? I realized as I wrote this that I didn't know yours. Do you have one? I should hope so, otherwise I'd feel poorly for having taken up so many.

Dearest Ana,

I believe my father and I will find our way over there just after the new year has settled in. Maybe I'll just send you and owl the moment we have arrived there. I assume we'll be staying over for a day or two. Plenty of time to meet up somewhere in either the city or Diagon Alley.

Since you asked for my middle name, I'll just give you my full one. It is Hughbert Bancroft Arland Lowe... I am not exactly proud of it, but it is what it is, I guess. My middle names come from both my grandfathers. Both men that have some worth to their name or so I'm told. My father's name is Robbert and my mother's was Marielle.

I hope I'll see you again soon

Do let me know as soon as possible! I would absolutely love to see you when you come and as I mentioned, my parents are quite interested in meeting you.

I haven't space to explain all of my middle names - I suppose I'll save that for when I see you next. Suffice it to say, my parents are rather pretentious when it comes to names and as such, most of the names have royal origins. My father's name is Oliver, he's the fourth Beckett with that name. My mother's name is Athena after the ancient goddess (I told you Beckett names can be pretentious).
