I am glad that you have finally decided to give my letters some attention, however I can't really say I am happy about your choice of words.

Smiling occasionally surely would be better for you...

But yeah, let me ask the Charms professor about a Hippogriff, she surely could help me out... okay I am rambling, so for private purposes I would like to learn more about Hippogriffs and their nature (my mom send me a postcard with a moving one and it was awesome). Because they can be super cool! So can you advise me anything reference sheet or book? I tried looking but there are so many different things in the library.

I am happy to help with your inquiry. I would recommend Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by Newt Scamander. I believe that you were required to purchase this book, and should have it already in your room. If you've lost it, the library will no doubt present you a perfectly working copy.

Hello Professor,
As you seemed unable or unwilling to reply to my second question (this being what an emo is), I took it upon myself to look it up this morning, by searching for a dictionary in the library. I came to the following conclusion of what you meant by calling me this.

I quote from the dictionary I used. "a fan of emo, especially a person who is overly sensitive and full of angst or adopts a certain style characterized by dyed black hair, tight t-shirts and jeans, etc.".

I would not call me super sensitive or angsty, I may be nervous in the beginning but warm up fast. I don't eeally jave a certain style and wear more or less colorful and my hair is brown; it was dyed last year but it was blonde.

So it seemed you misunderstood the term or I misunderstood you. If so I would like you to explain this to me.

However I thank you very much for the hint, I do have the book but hoped there would be more than one source to read about them. Do you have any hippogriffs? Will we learn about them next year? I really hope so!

I am very pleased to see that you are already fully aware of who you are as a person at this very young age. Good job self reflecting, master yoda would be pleased.

If you go to the librarian and ask for books on hippogriffs, they could probably direct you to the proper book a lot faster than I could, if you want age-appropriate supplementary material. I am not currently watching over any hippogriff, no. I might teach the subject in the future, however that would highly depend on how well behaved my class is going to be.

It is me again. After having to ask a lot of people what a yoda is, I am really questioning why you would mention this. It is a green something from a Muggle movie and it speaks weirdly.

I am sorry if I am bothering you sir, so much that you are insulting me. I never thought that approaching a prof would result in this. But well it did.

I really hope you will teach about hippogriffs and many other creatures, and I am actually looking forward to this class and hope it will be fun; but at this point I am doubting how much I will be able to enjoy the class you will teach, professor.

Your ability to read between the lines is as astute as your self reflection. However, if you read the previous owls I believe I have insulted you one singular time, when you actually deserved it. The last letter was a compliment.

Also, I might want to add that classes are not meant to be enjoyed. If you choose to attend my class I will provide the material needed for you to vastly expand your knowledge of the subject of Care of Magical Creatures. It is not a petting zoo, but a class where you will be expected to learn. It is still possible to have fun, but that will be determined by your mindset and outlook, not by my teaching style.

I am sorry that I didn't recognize as a compliment, but I have to admit that I did not act as I should have yesterday... well not all the time. I still stand that smiling will not hurt you, but what does a stupid second year know anyways.

I still prefer a lesson to be fun. I guess the learning will make up for whatever your style should be. I mea I can't know about that style of teaching, because I was never in any of your lessons. We will see, maybe it is actually fun, if only because of the amazing creatures...
