Cabin Lagoon

It was hot outside. Humid, by a top notch, but Millie had stayed in Texas before, and in California. That was dry hot, this was humid hot, and she felt like she could feel the water in the air. She made a gagging noise to herself. However, school had ended, and Millie was staying at Summer-camp.
She wasn't going home for the summer. Her parents had told her that it was up to her, but they would be going back to America for the summer. Honestly, she didn't feel like going back. Not that she hated the country, but she just didn't feel the freedom in her blood anymore. Not since her grandma died.
The boat was sketchy, and quite ghetto, give or take. Millie had lived in a whole bunch of sketchy places her whole life, so this wasn't anything new. Nothing at Hogwarts surprised her anymore. If anything, she always felt under-surprised with all the danger and death and distraught going on.
Finally spotting the door that lead to the cabin she'd be staying in, Millie leaned on the door, and pushed it open. The interior wasn't as small as she'd thought. It was well-sized, with four bunkbeds, two on each side, and enough room for trunks and knickknacks. Luckily, she was the first person there.
Dragging her luggage over to the bunkbed on the farthest side, Millie sat her items on the bottom bunk. She opened her bag and looked at her items. Clothes, a few books, and Honey's things. Curiously, Millie looked down to her cat. Had she been there this whole time? She smiled at the cat.
The door opened, and Millie looked up from her bed. She hopped up and smiled at the incoming person.
"Hey there! I'm Millie, nice to meet you!"

Cabin Lagoon
[quote]
Isaiah walked down slowly to the campgrounds, holding a trunk in his left hand.
Isaiah had always loved the grounds. Even the lake, beautiful in it's own way. The waters, murky and greenish-brown, shimmered when the sunlight hit it's surface, and Isaiah could see the aquatic plants slowly moving to the water's movement down below. He could see the far-off Quidditch pitch in the distance, with it's three loops up high, and the Keeper of Key's cabin, which sat right next to the looming Forbidden Forest, holding an air of mystery and adventure that Isaiah had always loved. He could see the greenhouses for Herbology too, filled with green, and the grass that lay everywhere between, tall and lush.
The heat, however, was not as nice. Rays of the sun thrust itself at Isaiah’s face, as if he were a magnet, and found its way to the rest of his body, like a hungry, cold-sucking leech. The heat found its way to the grass as well, sending heat waves rolling off the lawn of green in a disorientating way.
After a while of walking in the grossly-hot heat, Isaiah managed to arrive at the campgrounds, and had hurried over to his own cabin. Cabin Lagoon, it was called, a nice name of which Isaiah approved of. It had a cool, calming feeling to it, must unlike the temperature outside, and hung on a signpost next to the door. Clutching his trunk tighter in his hand, Isaiah walked up to the door, and, using his spare hand, he opened the door to the cabin.
Inside, the cabin looked welcoming, with four, neat beds. He walked further in, and noticed that a girl was already there, one that he didn't know personally, but knew that her name was Euphrasia. She had dark brown hair, and fair skin.
"Hey there! I'm Millie, nice to meet you!" She said, and Isaiah smiled at her.
"Hey! I'm Isaiah. Are you the first one here?" He asked.

"Expect the unexpected. And whenever possible, be the unexpected.”
