Brionna comes from a lively muggle-wizard mixed family. She has two younger brothers, although she is the only one to have shown magical heritage. Her biological father left her when she was four. The man’s name was Adam Pines, and he was a pure-blood wizard. Brionna is unaware of what happened to him after he left their family. Brionna’s mother is a muggle, and later married Adian Wolf, a half-blood wizard, who Brionna considers her “real” father. Brionna was born in Ireland, like her brother’s, but when her biological father left, her mother moved them to London.

Brionna’s family is loud and always on the move, never going anywhere without being noticed. She, along with her brothers, were all legally adopted by Adian Wolf, and had their last names changed from Pines to Wolf. The family coined the nickname, “Wolf-pack” as they stick together and are a rambunctious bunch that are always ready to jump at the word, “Challenge”.

Her family consists of herself, her two younger brothers, her mother, and her adoptive father. Her mother’s name is Carrie Wolf, and she is known as being hot-headed, loud, and very strict. Her adoptive father’s name is Adian Wolf, and he is typically the more calm one of the couple, but still easily excited at any mention of adventure or food. The youngest child is Carter Wolf, who is the troublemaker of the three children and he looks up to his older siblings greatly. The middle child is Ashton Wolf, who is the loudest and most willing to fight. Ashton and Carter often buttheads, but Brionna acts as their mediator.

Before Adian was a part of the family, Brionna was often the one tasked with keeping her younger brothers in check while her mom worked. Her mother worked three jobs to keep them all fed and with a roof over their heads. Brionna was never as loud as her family, so she showed this in her way of caring for her brothers. When they needed something, she would know without saying anything and get it. She does talk, especially when people get closer to her, or when her brothers wanted to play pretend. She also has a nasty habit of spitting out facts when she conversates, which her brothers call the “ear-to-ear” phase, because it’s in one ear and out the other. Many never see her more talkative side because she is quiet and prefers to make friends with talkative people she can help.

After Adian started showing up and officially joined the family, he too would go to work. So Brionna continued to watch her brothers until she started school. Once school started, her mother took over the school hours of watching the brothers and worked later in the day.

In the slightly smaller-than-average house the Wolf family lives in Brionna has her own room, while her brothers share, and the married couple share as well. Every inch of Brionna’s room is full of books, notebooks, and stray papers with half thoughts written on them. She loves to clean up after her brother’s, but has not quite aquareed the habit of applying that to herself. Brionna doesn’t own many toys, as her mother didn’t have money for them in her younger years, so she never really took a liking to them. She does however, now own a guitar, which she loves to pieces. Her bland room of books and writings is given just a hint of personality with the blue instrument in the corner.

Growing up in the muggle world with the homefront of a Wizard family was definitely… interesting for Brionna. Brionna was never really one for adventure, but she was curious, so she tended to join the adventures as well simply to quell her thirst for knowing the unknown. She went through a phase of obsession with magic, and would watch the man she called father do simple tasks with magic. Whenever her father’s family would visit, she’d hurl question after question at any poor soul who came within her general vicinity. This led to a family joke of her being the “loudest” among them. While the family volume was always above a 10 at all points of a day, Brionna only matched them when inquiring about a topic of interest.

Her magical family was larger than normal, but still not that large. She had three Aunts and a single Uncle, and a number of cousins. The majority of the Wolf wizard family had been Gryffindors, with a handful of Hufflepuffs, and a couple Slytherin’s in the mix. Not a single Ravenclaw, well until Brionna. Adian himself had been a Gryffindor, so while nobody would admit it, they were all secretly rooting for Brionna to get into Gryffindor as well. Brionna’s Biological dad was a Gryffindor, and most of his elders as well, but Carrie tried to keep all of that knowledge away from her and her brothers.

Although the family was mixed, whenever Brionna’s muggle extended family or one of her brother’s friends came to visit, they put it all away. Away went the wand (there only being one), the potions ingredients, the wizard candies, it all went away. To where, Brionna never really understood. She’d simply go to school and when she returned, it would all be put away. That was how she would guess that visitors would be over.

Brionna’s muggle side of the family was unaware of the magic in their household. They were also a large bunch, with more cousins than Brionna could count on both hands and feet. Most of her family hailed from Ireland, but came to visit them in London every now and then. When they did, they came in large flocks and waves, crowding the small home the Wolf family owned and making it even louder than usual. It was never a calm day with family in town, that's for sure.

Brionna’s mother assumed none of her children would inherit magic, so she enrolled them in muggle school. In school, Brionna was always an exemplary student… on paper. Whenever in the actual classroom the young female became a sort of selectively mute, and overly anxious at the simplest questions. Really simple things like, “What is your favorite color?” (It’s grey). Due to this, the girl was never really viewed as particularly above average, and the school even contacted Carrie and Adian saying they thought she might be below average. Though over the years she has grown less in this reclusive nature, she still neglects to start conversations usually, often resulting in awkward situations where she misses social cues.

Overall, Brionna didn’t have what she would consider a bad childhood. She had some rough patches, and she didn’t really have time to be a kid herself as she cared for her brother’s, but she had her family and was fed. She had a home and clothes and a warm bed. So Brionna considered life to be like a dirt road, bumps come along with the ride. She just didn’t know when that ride was going to take a nose dive off a cliff.



Brionna had never had anything magical happen to her or occur from her doing, before she turned ten that is.

Brionna was sitting reading a book under her bed whenever her brother, Ashton, came running in and jumped on the bed. The other brother, Carter, came in with a Nerf gun and started shooting around the room. Brionna quickly came up and watched her brother's make her mess of a room even messier. She had watched in amusement until she noticed a cup of water being shot and about to spill on her project for school that took hours to make. She blinked stretching out an arm as if it would help, and the water turned into silly string and hit the her brother's instead of anything in her room. Brionna had just produced magic. The three siblings went to their tired mother who had just returned from work. All talking over each other to explain what happened, even Brionna which is how Carrie knew something was off.

Carrie hushed them all and allowed Brionna to talk alone. Her mother was not surprised as she assumed for years Brionna would be the most likely to carry on the wizard trait, if any of her children would. Adian was surprised, but excited non-the-less for another magical being to be in the house.
