Amelia stands at the age of eleven years old now, weighing in about 82 pounds and standing at an average 4’7. She’s lanky in frame--not being the athletic type--her arms and legs on the longer side. She has dark brown hair, almost black, that hangs a little below her shoulders. It twists into tight curls and knots easy. The eyes match her hair, dark brown in color but golden in direct sunlight. Her eyelashes are naturally long, which is incredibly annoying when she has to wear her reading glasses. Freckles span the area where her button nose lay, trailing lightly across her chubbier cheeks, as well. Her lips are naturally a brighter pink, on the plumper side and almost always in a small grin. She’s got a big toothy grin, often described as contagious when paired with her laugh. Two dimples reside on each corner of her mouth. Her chin has the slightest indent, only noticeable at certain angles.

Amelia Ophelia Lovell was born on a sunshine-filled morning in June in the center of London, England. Right in the heart of the month—the 15th, to be exact—she came to be and her parents couldn’t have been happier with their first and only child. Amelia was described as a very happy baby, always smiling, always giggling. She was born into a well-off family, grew up with many luxuries she didn’t realize at the time not every child had. Walter and Ophelia Lovell were rather strict parents, keeping Amelia on a tight schedule filled with different kinds of activities to help her excel--in their eyes. Over the course of her childhood, the brunette was always in a learning environment, always trying her best in every subject her parents placed in front of her. She was homeschooled throughout her childhood, as her parents feared having her around any kind of "bad influence". Her successes within her academics helped her attain a level of attention and pride from her parents she lacked otherwise. Although socializing came relatively smoothly to Amelia, she seemed to prefer to have her freckled nose in a book or out tending to her tiny patch of garden she harbored next to her mother’s enormous one, or around animals she found in and around the neighborhood. She remained that way into her pre-teen years, where she became more and more engrossed in the magical world and the idea of going to Hogwarts and all the adventures that may lay in front of her, all the obstacles she could succeed in, all the people she could compete with. She had shown signs of magic almost her whole life, and it was no surprise to her as her mother and father had kept her in the know of the magical world and it's possibilities from the minute she showed signs of her ability. Having this knowledge gave Amelia the ability to practice her skills and attain levels of accuracy that were unlike some witches and wizards her age. It also left her with little knowledge of muggles and their world, though, leaving her in the dark about their way of life.
