History.

Born and raised in Liverpool with her muggle father, Clementine had a fairly normal childhood, collecting great memories with all the people she charmed with her bubbly and talkative personality, making herself known for her bunny smile and round cheeks, as well as her silly sense of humor and kind heart. No matter the place, she always managed to find a new friend.

For the longest time, it was just her and her father, Nathaniel, and the two of them were the closest they could be. Until Nath met Valerie Brightburn, a loud and funny witch and they got married a few months after, and she moved in with her twin daughters, bringing with them magic to Clementine’s world, something that she never thought was real. The turning point, however, happened on her ninth birthday, when, after starting a food fight with her stepsisters, Tine ran out of food to throw. That’s when her eyes met the birthday cake alone on the table and — even now, she can’t even quite explain, but the cake started floating and secretly made its way towards her stepsisters, promptly falling on top of their heads when close enough.

And, shocked, Clementine learned that her mother, a woman that she never got the chance to meet, since she disappeared after her birth, was a witch and that made her a half-blood. Valerie told her about Hogwarts, a magical school for witches and wizards to learn magic, and she couldn’t stop thinking about it not even for a second. When she saw an owl leave a letter at her house on the evening of her eleventh birthday, Clementine started to run around the place, as she had been accepted and would now be able to learn magic!

Clementine and he are very alike, they have similar taste in basically everything, and they're both very talkative and caring, always ready to make silly jokes. Sometimes, she thinks they're the same person.

Valerie Hamilton (née Brightburn).
Step-mother | 31 | Singer | Witch.
Just like her father, Valerie is sweet and protective, acting like a real mother to Clementine. Even though she was a bit worried at first, they surprisingly got along very well and she even calls her 'Mum' from time to time. Overall, a solid relationship.

Selene Brightburn.
Step-sister | 15 | Student at Hogwarts — Ravenclaw | Witch.
Unfortunately, Selene and Clementine don't get along as well as their parents would like. As the older witch is a little serious and bossy, she never likes Tine's silly jokes and immature behavior, and they often get on each other's nerves.

Irene Brightburn.
Step-sister | 15 | Student at Hogwarts — Hufflepuff | Witch.
Unlike her twin, Irene's bubbly and ten times nicer. She pranks everyone and jokes and is always telling her about the wizarding world. They fight sometimes, as the sneaky older witch always blames Clementine for the pranks she makes, but they care about each other and are great friends.
