Personality►Good-natured and friendly. He gets along with pretty much anyone, and is fast to make friends.
►Space cadet. It's not that he's stupid - he's actually pretty intelligent and thoughtful - it's just that he doesn't pay much attention to what's going on around him, most of the time.
►Naive. He always looks for the best in people, to the point where he can be somewhat ignorant to the bad in them.
►Quiet. In large groups, he tends to listen more than talk, which doesn't bother him whatsoever. When he's given the opportunity, though, he can be pretty boisterous and excitable.
►Kind of a push-over. He doesn't like arguments, and he's extremely non-confrontational. If someone is mean to him or unpleasant to be around, he will choose to avoid them rather than voice his issues. He's not great at standing up for others, either - he tries, but confrontation scares him.
►Spontaneous and fun-loving. He's genuinely just on this planet to have a good time.

History✿ Pre-Hogwarts ✿Human || Wizard-Born || Bibury, Cirencester || English✿ Roleplays ✿Theo's mother was a witch, and his father a wizard, both descended from a long line of magic, though not necessarily a pure one. Half-bloods and muggle-borns were scattered throughout the family via marriage or other relation, with no relative being particularly snobbish about it. Predictably, many of them were Hufflepuffs, though there were plenty of scattered family members from all four of the houses.
Theo's own immediate family, made up of only himself and his parents, lived in in Bibury, referred to by one muggle news source as one of "The Most Charming Towns In Europe You'll Want To Visit ASAP," a fact those in charge of tourism loved to advertise. The tourism was both a good and a bad thing, depending upon how you looked at it - no parking, that was the primary complaint heard throughout the village, but not a complaint the Martin family ever shared, considering none of them even had a clue how to work a car. As for Theo, he never minded in the slightest; every summer meant new friends from far-off places. He got pretty good at imitating an American accent, in his opinion, though he's been told it sounds a bit too Californian.
He spent most of his time adventuring in the peaceful surroundings of the village, attempting to befriend squirrels or bringing home bushels of wildflowers, as well as somehow befriending the most vicious dog in the neighborhood. It wasn't that he was particularly brave or daring, though plenty of his aunts and uncles took it as such - "That boy'll be a Gryffindor, for sure" - no, he just didn't really stop to think about any dangers. Theo loved dogs, so why would one ever bite him? The forest was beautiful, why should he be concerned about walking through it alone?
He's not a troublemaker by any means, he's simply got a natural curiosity about most things: as a toddler, his parents' wands had a tendency to go missing around Theo, and as he grew older, it wasn't an uncommon event for him to show up for dinner carrying some half-dead creature he was determined to nurse back to health, his auburn curls tinted by dirt and mud.
He's always loved living things of all sorts, a fact which affected how his earliest magic manifested. The neighborhood ravens were often helpful in locating small items he'd lost, and after one particularly bad incident with a bully, the child had been found trapped underneath a large tree bough, thankfully unharmed aside from a few bruises. It had been chocked up to coincidence or even karma, though Mr. and Mrs. Martin had of course known better.
There's no twist here, no tragic backstory; he simply had a happy childhood, with few worries aside from the typical occasional bully.Listed chronologically by the order they happened IC.
