Backstory
Harmony Blackwood is an eleven-year-old witch originally from Scotland. Her family has been attending Hogwarts for several generations...her grandmother even claims that her ancestors were some of the first ever students at Hogwarts. Her family consists of her mother, a potioneer, her father, a retired Chaser for the Wigtown Wanderers, and her two older sisters, Hope and Helena, who both attended Hogwarts, with Hope being a Ravenclaw and Helena being a Hufflepuff (and being Chasers for their respective Quiddich teams). They have since graduated, so Harmony will be alone at Hogwarts.
Like everyone in her family, her magic surfaced when she was an infant, where she’d constantly knock things over and move stuffed animals around, even while just lying in her crib. Growing up, she would read countless books about Hogwarts' history and beg her sisters to tell her anything and everything about their life at Hogwarts, all in order to better prepare herself for her own time to attend. Harmony is also very close to her mother, as she practically raised her by herself while her father toured with his Quiddich team. However, she does also consider her father to be very near and dear to her heart, and truly treasures every moment spent with him.
Appearance
Harmony has long, curly brown hair, blue eyes, a lot of freckles, and is quite short, standing at only 137cm tall...she hopes to hit a growth spurt very soon. She's also pretty scrawny, even for her age...Yet, what she lacks in brute strength she makes up for in agility and flexibility, as she is easily able to fit herself into tight spaces when needed and is quick to avoid nearly any spells that could otherwise seriously damage her. Overall, she, like her sisters, is very pretty, and is almost guaranteed to have her fair share of suitors when she is older.
Personality
Harmony tends to be quite friendly and talkative (almost too talkative), especially once you get to know her, and overall has always had an easy time making friends. She's also fairly studious, as she'd really like to be a herbologist or magizoologist when she grows up. She enjoys various sports as well, both magical and Muggle. Although her small stature and lack of strength would make you think otherwise, she's extremely quick and agile, thus well suited for many sports and outdoor activities.
However, with her energy and friendly demeanor, Harmony also tends to be a bit too trusting at times, and is quite naive to just how dark and dangerous the world can be. Her kindness is likely to be easily taken advantage of. Also, as both the baby of her family and a very attractive individual, she is more used to getting what she wants than a girl her age should be, leading to a slightly spoiled and entitled attitude that, hopefully, Hogwarts will change.
