History/Background Story:
Her mother is a muggle, and her father is a Pure Blood Ravenclaw. Summer grew up in a small house in the United States, in the city where her father traveled to and met her mother. Summer doesn't remember her first experience with magic being until her mother passed away and her father moved them back to Brighton, where he was raised. She met her father's side of the family, who were all wizards and witches- a secret she obviously was not aware of just yet. Her magic surfaced when she somehow got so mad at the family dog for waking her up at night. Later on, she discovered that it wouldn't bark for the next few days, and when she felt bad, it went back to barking. She spoke to her father about the strangeness of the happenings and her family talked to her about the wizarding world.

That event led to her getting her letter from Hogwarts. Her grandparents were thrilled, assuring her that she would be the perfect Ravenclaw. Her father disagreed. He told Summer she would do great, but that Ravenclaw was not the place for her. When the school term began, Summer discovered her father had been right. Sorted into Slytherin, Summer began the school year. Her typically outgoing personality was covered a bit in the new environment, and she hasn't made too many friends just yet. However, her classes are going well... for now.

Appearance:
Summer has long, golden blonde hair that falls down her shoulders in waves. The ends are dyed pink, but it's almost done fading out. She usually keeps it down or pins back a part of it. Her eyes are a grey-blue and almond shaped, usually sparkling with amusement. She smiles a lot, and likes to show off her teeth now that they are braces-free. Summer is rather petite, only standing at 5 feet (and having done so for the last year). She has a slightly athletic build.
