No suspected anything at first but when it became too obvious, after touching and trying to kiss her, Jeno's father explained how his friend was a married man who loved his childhood friend turned love of his life. The joke went dry and would have been a while before the potion wore off, so Jeno's mother felt that it was only right to stick around until things were okay. During that time she got to know her father and at first they were just friends who hung out sometimes, but then after inviting her successfully to a family dinner, with his very large Scottish family, Jeno's father was sold.

Five to Eleven:
While her father was a country man, her mother was from the city, London, to be exact, and she missed her concrete roots, so when Jeno was five they moved to Southport, England. Although they say it was because they wanted a fresh start, her mother had a miscarriage and Jeno's grandmother on her father's side blamed her mother because she was of evil blood, meaning a witch. They didn't want to cause any more problems, for it was already against the rules for a muggle and witch to marry, so they moved.
Jeno attented muggle school until she was eleven. Although she was fine being left out and alone, she made friends with some of the students, primarily the ones interested in music and the arts. Before she had only been interested in reading and learning new information, but her muggle friends had taught her about the world of creative and abstract thinking, which gave her another view of the world. Although continued to think her usual way of logical and practical, Jeno allowed herself to learn to play the piano, guitar, and cello.
At this same school she'd met one of her closest friends, Stephen Lee-Crawford, and American who had transferred to her school in grade four. They share the same mindset and curiosity about the world, Jeno just felt a strong connection between them. She was sad to know that he had no magick blood in him, for he could've done great things in the wizard community. His goal, which had been hers for a long time, was to become an astronaut or scientist and find resources to save humanity. Jeno liked this idea but knew better. Now she wants to be a marine biologist, Ministry Head, mathematician, or engineer, or that's what she tells others.

Jeno is a pretty straightforward and blunt person, but the innocence carried in her voice and demeanor can sometimes confuse people. She generally cares for people but she sees the world more as something to analyze and formulate than to give emotion to, although that doesn't say she doesn't have emotions, Jeno just chooses her decisions after many calculations and emotions tend to not benefit her. If she does shred any, it mostly likely not genuine but to gather some type of information, although she masks it very well.
