History/Background Story: Madeleine was born into a Muggle family. She has an older sister, Jade, to whom she has always looked up. Her mother and father are both very different people, yet they work together well as a team. Madeleine grew up in an average, loving household consisting of her mother, father, sister, herself, and two dogs.
Madeleine attended the primary school in her town. It was tiny, and all the students knew each other from the first day on. There were never any new students, so it was a tight-knit community. While Madeleine and her classmates had disagreements, there were no fundamental arguments between anyone.
She first presented magic at the age of 8, in the form of gluing the lips of her classmate shut when that classmate was mean to her. Naturally, she was punished by the school and later by her parents. After that, her magic did not manifest much, as Madeliene carefully restrained her emotions in fear of having such an event occur again.
When Madeleine received her Hogwarts letter, she was ecstatic. Jade was a bit upset that her younger sister was getting to go off to a whole new world, but Madeleine assured her that she'd tell her all about it. She has been excited to come to Hogwarts since she found out about it.
After arriving at Hogwarts, Madeleine was sorted into Ravenclaw House. She is looking forward to learning all that she can and meeting as many new people as possible.
