Background story

After being pregnant by a muggle and having nowhere to go she followed Mike Meow back to his country, Portugal, where she gave birth and raised her daughter. But after two years her mother received a letter from her family asking for her to come back to America, but she had to leave both her lover and child behind, so without saying anything, she left in the middle of the night, leaving only a letter saying "Had to leave forever but don't worry, I made arrangements for you and her". Her arrangements for both father and daughter were a trunk with wizard money, a letter accepting Mia to enroll in Hogwarts when she reached the age of eleven years and read many books about magic. Both father and Mia were heartbroken and moved to her grandparents' house, where, after everything was explained, they were received with open arms. Mia grew happy and both her and her dad soon left the sadness behind. Only her family understood why she was able to do certain things, but the rest of the neighbors were another story and never liked having her around. Mia learned that she could only have accidental magic inside the house, learned to control her magic, learned that the only reason the other kids didn't like her was because of her being magical and that scared them, she never blamed them. Still she had her family and her dad, so she kept reading from the books left from her mother, started learning English from her dad, knowing one day she would meet a school full of kids like her in England. A school where she could meet different people and make friends who weren't afraid of her.

Personality

Mia is an academic and artistic girl keeping books and arts on the same level, she never judges people by what she hears the others say, she likes to keep an open mind and look closely to everything. She never fails to be there for those who are in need. When presented with injustice, she does not hesitate to stand up for what she believes in, even if she does it alone and against everyone else. She always believed that the important was not what was on the outside but on the inside, so she never cared what others said about her looks and other people's looks.

Appearance

Mia's 4'8'' tall, her physical form is on the chubby side. She has long straight brown hair and big brown eyes, her skin is ivory and her plump lips a light pink. Since she was never a vain person Mia prefers plain and simple clothes, but she always keeps her posture straight and a serene expression.
