History/Background Story: Frank is in good shape. He is average-height for his age with fair skin, reddish brown hair and brown eyes.
He lives in a working class neighbourhood. His father walked out 9 years ago, leaving his mother, a kitchen assistant Ariel, to look after him.
Frank likes to study D.A.D.A and the history of magic in his free time and loves to explore the wilderness behind his aunts home which he visits 3 times a year which is located in northern Michigan in America. He doesn’t have many friends but likes to pretend that the animals in the woods are his friends.
Frank isn’t very social, during school it is a rule to not talk and if you do you are to be punished by the school administrator, which hasn’t happened to him yet but he’s scared it will.
His magical ability had first shown to
exist when one day he was out of his aunts house, it was Christmas evening and he was to spend one whole week there, and then go back to London. But the day right before Christmas there was about 7 1/2 inches of snow in one night, strange he thought but not too unusual for Michigan at all. But what was unusual was what happened that evening, while his aunt was sleeping she told him that his yearly book report was to be turned in to her (it was Christmas break and during things like Christmas break Frank would have to do things like book reports and math quizzes while he was at his aunts) this year he chose to read, a boring old book of his aunts choice (if his aunt chose he would have a longer time to do the report, but if he chose his own book he would have to read it to her and then turn it in with a smaller time span to do it) and she chose an old book on her book shelf.
She gave him a 1237 page book for him, he was frustrated but was trying not to be ungrateful and so he would pretend to read the book but in all reality he was leaving his aunt to go play in the woods. He would come back and then be done with it but the day his report was due he realized that he had no choice but to do what he was supposed to, Read a boring old book.
He was trying to control his anger when the next day (the day he got is report back) his aunt told him it wasn’t good enough and that his parents would be hearing of this as well as all of his gifts going to his half cousin, David. He was furious with his aunt and then all of a sudden her book shelves fell to the floor the house shook, her China collection fell to the floor, and the room was left in ruin. His family had thought it was an earthquake but there were no reports of any such thing...
