History/Background Story:

Born to Richard and Alison Moore, David Moore’s early life was mundane. His magic ancestry lied on his mother’s side, with Michael being a Muggleborn immigrant from North America. His parents compromised on his upbringing, resulting in a mundane early life until his magical abilities manifested. Regardless, David never really connected with his peers while growing up. He got along with all his neighbors and classmates, but never formed any deep friendships, as he himself felt out of place among them. He sank more into studying than interacting as a result, devoting a lot of his free time to studying his lessons.

Shortly before he turned 11, he noticed things were slightly different than before. When reading, he started to realize that the pages sometimes turned themselves. When retrieving dropped pencils, he saw that they often spontaneously rolled back towards his hand. The screen door on his front porch would unlock by itself when he reached to open it. These and many other small occurrences caused him to confide in his parents who subsequently came clean on his magical heritage. Not long after, he received his letter of acceptance into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
