Backstory
Sonya grew up with her caring Ravenclaw wizard father, Andrew Carlson in Waterford, Ireland. Her muggle mother, Melissa Carlson died right after giving birth to her, Sonya was always told she was a lot like her though. Although she never met her muggle mother her father made an effort to keep in touch with her mother's siblings, Steven Miller and Rebecca Gardner who had twins, Wally and Vanessa, of her own. Her uncles live in nearby Irish cities but her aunt and cousins live in New York, America. She usually visits them at least twice every year, as she was very close with her aunt. Her aunt introduced her to muggle theater because her mother was a singer and she absolutely loves it, so much that she'd like to be a stage performer one day. She has lots of exposure to both muggle and wizard culture thanks to her father. He taught her lots at home before she started attending Hogwarts so she feels sufficiently prepared. She loves her father very much and will miss him but is exited to attend school and meet new people.
