History/Background Story:
Devina Claire Spence was born on January 3, 2007, to Martha and Daniel Spence. She grew up in Manchester, England along with her brother, Nathan. Davina cherishes her cat, Moon, with all her heart. She loves petting Moon's soft, white fur. Devina's parents got Moon as a kitten when Devina was born, and Devina has cared for her ever since.

Devina’s mother works as a Healer at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. Her father is a trained Hit Wizard with the Magical Law Enforcement Squad. Before attending Hogwarts, Devina spent most of her time singing and practicing play her piano. She plays her piano at every time of the day; after school, after eating dinner, sometimes even in the morning before the start of school. Devina tends to win people over with her beautiful, long red hair and her winning smile. But, Devina is not always the best person. She strives to get whatever she wants and anyone brave enough to try getting in her way, never attempts to again. Her best friends are Heather and Ella. The three girls have been friends since birth, coincidently having the same birthday. They do everything together. They are practically sisters.

When Devina was five years old, her father, unfortunately, passed away from cancer, leaving the entire family devastated. Devina constantly trying her best to keep up a strong appearance to the outside world, but what people don’t know is that she often cries herself to sleep at night. The one thing left that she has of her father, is an emerald pendant her father gave her before he died. Since her father’s death, she has decided she wants to live up her father’s good name, and she begged her mother to allow her to attend Hogwarts. Magic has been an important factor in Devina's family, and she wants to learn all she can about it. After much convincing, her mother agreed to allow her to attend if she received a letter, which was bound to happen since her entire family has attended the school.

When her letter arrived on that one summer day, she was very excited. She announced to her family the good news. But, that night a realization had entered her mind. She was going to have to leave her friends. Devina told her friends everything about her, except that she was a witch. The next day she went to her friends' house and told them that soon she would be going to live with her aunt and uncle for a while, but would always come to visit. They understood and wished her luck.
Since then, Devina has been preparing for her first semester at Hogwarts.

Nathan Spence-Brother. Age 18. A graduate of Hogwarts. House of Slytherin. Not currently employed. Is very protecting over his sister. Tries his best to be like his father was. An excellent leader. Well respected by those who know him.
Moon- Family cat. Bought as a kitten when Devina was born. Loved mostly by Devina.
