Ah, Daniel. What a life he had led thus far.

Born to parents Cadwell and Amelia, two aurors, this boy found himself growing up in a relatively upper classed home. Not that it affected him besides making him spoiled. Daniel, as he prefers to be called, enjoyed his childhood and there weren't too many things that actually made him, well, unique.

Besides living in the quaint area of Trowbridge, Wales, he was the eldest of three siblings, all boys. Daniel's family would travel oft to London, England, but the boy never found it all that interesting. Muggles were disgusting, and the pureblood had more important things to do. At least, that's how he viewed life.

Daniel was born the first son of three boys to Cadwell and Amelia in May of 2007. His father, Cadwell, was a former Gryffindor, and a very proud person of his former house. His mother, Amelia, was more reserved and extremely quick witted, formerly a Ravenclaw. They met well before Daniel was even conceived in Hogwarts, and were now aurors for the British Ministry of Magic.

Overall Personality:

Daniel is an extremely impatient person, but also a very ambitious one. He enjoys Quidditch - both flying at home in the backyard, and watching it - but also cares little about rules. To him, his brothers were perfect pawns to push under the Knight Bus in a metaphorical saying; he liked to manipulate them into taking blame for his problems. Extremely shrewd, Daniel has his head about him in the traditional sense of he's better than you, which makes him come off as rather arrogant.

Deep down, Dan is a relatively nice kid when he wants to be, and attempts to find friends with similar goals and ambitions.

ANASTASIA beckett, gryffindor, eleven, childhood "friend" / enemy

Anastasia and Daniel have known each other for many years. Born of families who were close friends, the two were always thrown together - from playdates to even dance. While Daniel didn't really care, their relationship boiled into one of competitiveness and mean words, although lately, Hogwarts might have matured their relationship ever so slightly.

I literally have not met someone as annoying as Anastasia. How we've managed to not strangle each other yet is a miracle.

A Hufflepuff girl that Daniel met one evening at the Quidditch stands. At first, their conversation went well, but as she spoke and clearly wasn't focusing on what he was saying, especially when it came to Quidditch, he made his way out. They were apart of the Halloween event together, although Daniel didn't really care too much about it.

Talk about a girl who doesn't listen. Merlin, are all Hufflepuffs as dense as her? I doubt I'll actually ever be friends with her but whatever. No issue on my end.

HJORDIS jensen, head of house, unknown, head of house

Daniel and the Slytherin head of house have had multiple conversations with each other. The first was an interview with the lady for the Emerald Insider, the Slytherin-inclusive newspaper. It then went on to her encouraging him to go to the Quidditch World Cup, and even to play a game of Dreidel with her and another professor... too bad she rolled it, and not spun it.

Curious as ever, I suspect. I'd like to chat with her more in the future. She seems rather interesting.

Daniel is quite a fan of Astronomy, and sought out to ask the Astronomy professor questions about securing his own telescope. Of course, the conversation didn't go as planned, and Daniel was left with as many questions as he still had upon arrival.

I guess he's fine, if you want moody, miserable and uninterested.
