The son of a Death Eater, Oliver lived with his father under high surveillance from the authority. When his mother finally left Azkaban, she was just a shell of her former self. Although Oliver's parent's had divided years before her capture, his father still chooses to look after her. His mother was never close with her son, very strict and chaotic. His father is a strong man who is broken by his loves' preference to dark arts and muggle prejudice over him.
They live in a street house along a magical road only enterable by wizards, Oliver has few friends growing up and tends to spend his time playing wizard chess and with his pet hamster.

Oliver is a Chrogletongue, which means he can hear and talk to chocolate frogs. He often likes to tell them of their dire fate and enjoys their delicious screams as he devours them. Nobody has proven whether this is real or not, but neither of his parents have this gift.


Oliver is a quiet boy and cries easily. He tends to spend his days trying to get revenge on kids that were mean to him, quietly from the shadows acting out his meddlesome acts. He is a weak wizard but has a strong love for potions. He tends to do good in school and hopes to one day work with his father. It's somewhat known by the older kids that Oliver's mother is a Death Eater, and some even know she left Azkaban completely hollowed.

Get Back Here, Mr. Chocolate Frog! - Oliver secretly tries to eat in the library where food is prohibited. His chocolate frog gets away however and leads to Oliver chasing after it.

Please Don't Cry - After being roared at by a Slytherin, Oliver hurries away to cry. However, Clarisse Mosse hurries after him to console the whimpering Oliver.

House of the Inferius - Oliver enters his cabin and is met with a little doll identical to himself. He tries to console his good friend Clarisse Mosse, who is about anxious about the creepy setup.

Swimming Section - Oliver goes for a little swim, he fails to get the attention of a girl he has a crush on.

Oliver And His Best Buddy Ever, Clarisse! - Oliver and Clarisse's parents agree for the two to meet up in muggle London. They hang out for the day in the city center during the summer break.

Tell Me The Truth Or The Fat Lady Gets It! - Oliver is hiding in the bathrooms in a toilet cubicle and gobbling chocolate frogs. He is found by Erin Ryan and her cronies Anatole Evans and Alexander Cloverfield. Erin, with the support of her two henchmen swirly Oliver by plunging his head in a toilet. Oliver survives the assault and escapes with a horse like gallop. On his way he shoves Alexander and also his raw, plump belly wipes across the face of Erin.

Chocolate Frog On The Loose - Oliver spots a free chocolate frog and leaps on it, digesting it mid fall. He then embarrassingly leaves as a group is looking at him. He appreciates Arc Persivicious' kindness.

No More Chocolate Frogs - Oliver decides to give up chocolate frogs, hoping to come back in third year a changed man.

A Typical Day For Oliver Hart - Oliver is at the Quidditch Pitch, minding his own business. It gets late but before he can return home, a gang of older students round him up and chase him around on brooms. They then take his shirt and tie him to a Quidditch pole, leaving him to hang till the next morning, when the Quidditch game is being started.

Second Year Graduation Party - Oliver decides to let loose this party and dances by himself. He gets a little too wild and when doing a Booty Train dance move, he butt bops Erin Ryan and Dymphna Teague. Big mistake. Erin Ryan nearly kills Oliver with a wedgie, but Oliver decides to retaliate for once. He slaps with his sweaty palms but his extreme lack of strength makes them harmless. Reid Kavocs comes to save the day but Erin just punches him. Oliver is glad that he's not the only being abused but is mad that he's not the one getting to hit Reid, the one kid he wants to rise above. Oliver takes his wand out and casts a Flippendo at Erin, but his wand is backwards, causing Oliver to be sent back and smash through a table. Humiliated and suffering extreme wounds, Oliver crawls out of the party, never to Booty Train again.
