Kendra was born in a wealthy pure-blood family with a deep hatred towards muggles. Her parents Valeria and Arnold Ackerman used to be rather normal during the time they had their first two sons and up until Kendra came along. People describe it as an 'over the night change of heart' but Valeria and Arnold suddenly locked the doors drew the curtains and began going on about how muggles are polution and nobody should be trusted for they could be 'blood traitors'. Kendra has spent her entire life in London even though she was never really accustomed to the city since she barely ever left the old Victorian mansion she grew up in. She never shared her families beliefs not by choice, but rather by indifference. 




Her family has no previous history with dark magic, or Deatheaters. Her two older twin brothers seem to be invovled in a dark situation that nobody really knows about. She rarely sees them and barely misses them anymore.






 She can be considered a snob but truth is she never had any friends and was constantly surrounded by family which made her an expert in blocking people out and living in her own perfect world. She is generally very easily distracted by simple everyday things and has a deep love for animals and basically all living beings except humans.

 Being sorted into Slytherin won her parents' pride, not that she really cared about that. She seems also indifferent about magic itself, having people think she was a squib until she turned 9 and began showing signs. She never tried to block magic, but she wasn't really on the hunt for it either.  Despite her overall neutrality, her personality seems to be developing in a rather unstable way. She has constant mood swings and her emotions can be very unexpected.
