Charles Moore is a young boy from the lower middle-class of London He has dark brown hair and warm hazel eyes, a pair of black glasses balances precariously on his small nose. The boy always seems to have a smile on his face and a corny joke to tell, Charles is small even for his young age, even though he eats as often as he can.
His father left him and his mother after his baby sister was born, ever since then they’ve struggled to make a living. Ever compassionate, Charles did everything he could to help with their financial situation and swore to his sister that she would grow up happy and healthy. He never blamed his sister for their fathers disappearance, but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t confused by it either. His mother would deflect his inquiries about his father’s whereabouts, eventually he grew tired of worrying and decided that his attention was best put elsewhere, like caring for his sister Penelope by making sure she was clean and fed, not to mention the hours he spent playing with her. Of course, his mother also took care of Penny and loved them both deeply, but it was hard for her to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table. From time to time, Charles would think of his lost father and become frustrated as the boy was filled with many emotions at once, while he did his best not to focus on the past he couldn’t just forget about his dad.
