History

Born the twenty-seventh of September to a wizard father and muggle mother, Erin Blackwood grew up with one foot in both the muggle and wizarding world. Her father, Darius, worked as a metal-charmer, and her mother, Katherine, taught physics to muggle teenagers. From a young age, Erin found herself fascinated with magic. She would spend hours watching with avid curiosity as her father worked his charms, and at night, she would ask him to tell her stories about the wizarding world. As their only child, Erin's parents always found the time and money to dote on her. They gladly provided her with any books on magic she wanted, and Erin tore into them with a voracious intensity. This thirst for knowledge made school her favorite part of the day, even if it was a muggle school.

Erin was always more subdued than other children, though she was far from shy. She simply preferred listening, observing, and asking questions every so often over leading a conversation herself. This method of conversation served far more effective in satisfying her curiosity than nagging people with questions. While Erin's quiet nature left her with few close friends, it didn't seem to bother her much.


Appearance

A small wisp of a girl, Erin stands at about 4'5, but she hopes to eventually attain at least average height. She has short, wavy, ash-brown hair and a pair of pale green eyes. Her skin is a light brown with noticeable scatterings of freckles across her face.
