Before Hogwarts

On April 22nd, 2005 Bellamy Orvelle Landon was born into the world in the province of Annecy, France. His little sister Valerie Marcella Beore Landon was also born the following day after him. Later in two years, one more sister is born, her name was Madalyn Layla Landon and she was born in Manchester, England. His parents Octavia Beore Landon and Amadeus Bayard Landon unconditionally cherished their newborn children that they brought into the world. At the time the two parents work within their respected hometowns, in two different countries so in turn, the family didn’t have a permanent home which made the family jump back and forth from country to country visiting each of them for 4 months. In those months one parent worked while the other looked after the children. When one of the parents worked, the children had fun with the other parent. During those times Bellamy enjoyed spending time with his father as he had a firm bond with him. When Bellamy stayed in his mother's country his father took him and his sisters around the outdoor areas of Annecy, as they visited popular locations central of the city area, but Bellamy’s favorite part of his little escapades with his father was when they went hiking together. When they went hiking on the Semnoz mountain, Bellamy’s father, for the most part, taught or showed his little, growing wizard the beauty of magic. At those moments, Bellamy was at the peak of excitement as he craved to know more about the secrets of the magical world. His need to know more about magic could be matched to his mother's curiosity for muggles. Until a year later when Bellamy’s parents decided to settle in Manchester, England, his father's hometown. Knowing that Bellamy and his sister Valerie were getting older his parents decided the two older siblings should attend the same regular muggle schools, to watch one another while they grew. Bellamy being a petty seven year old was bitter towards his parents for a solid month to show his distaste towards muggle schools; They didn’t notice. Bellamy, being the oldest out of the three wasn’t very social, as he sought to keep to himself by reading, drawing, or even just plainly sitting anywhere he wanted as he only desired to learn about magic. Bellamy as a child was temperamental when it came to other children. The only children he talked to were his sisters, Valerie and Madelyn. As he only found they're presence welcoming, unlike the other children where he maintained his distance from them.


Growing up in a family of scholars and of elite officers, Bellamy wished to make both of his parents happy, unlike his sisters Valerie and Madelyn who wanted to be like their mother. Bellamy made a balance towards both professions his parents were in as Bellamy applied the studies of his times in the small library with his mother into the outdoor fitness exercises with his father. Every second spending time learning a new spell with his parents was far better than spending a minute learning a new lesson in muggle school. But at most, his parents didn’t teach him too much as they wanted him to focus on the muggle school he was attending. Furthermore, his parents wanted him and his sister to experience the muggle world and its inhabitants of what it had to offer, but that only annoyed him as he had no interest of the muggle world and its residents. He found the non-magical world to be boring and uneventful. The feeling of spending numerous hours in a muggle school not learning a single thing about magic was not what he had in mind as being apart of a family full of wizards and witches. Nevertheless, he surprisingly respected his parent's decision.


As his temperament stayed the same, it hindered him from making friends or even acquaintances. His temperament also got him into trouble with the schools themselves as in result it made him jump from school to school. At his third school, he managed to stay for a full year. Unfortunately, in the middle of the second semester, Bellamy uncontrollably and unintentionally with magic destroys parts of the classroom he was in, because of a student who was bullying his little sister. The child was unharmed but was severely frightened. After that event, Bellamy and her sister were home-schooled for 4 months by their mother; Bellamy also receiving "special" attention from his father. For the actions, Bellamy did his father was disappointed in him. Over the next year and a half, he became extremely strict with Bellamy, giving him a hard time. When Bellamy received the punishment from his father because of his actions, he responded negatively towards his father's wrath as he thought he would understand why he did what he did, however that wasn’t the case. As his resentment grew, it began this growing tear within their relationship with each other. Sadly beyond this point, Bellamy and his father became distant with one another. At the end of March, his parents finally decide they should be admitted to a magical school as they knew that now was the time for them to attend these schools for their growing magical abilities.


As of knowing a good magic school, his parents quickly resolved to send them to the very place where they graduated, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. When his parents attend Hogwarts, they were outgoing individuals as his mother was an audacious and extremely passionate Gryffindor about the teachings at Hogwarts, as she thought they could be improved while his father was a decisive and ethical Ravenclaw who only wished to complete his studies at the school. As students they were troublesome as Bellamy’s mother, the majority of the time was the source of his father pain, as she broke numerous amounts of rules dragging Bellamy’s father into it, for the pursuit of new knowledge (magic), a knowledge that was not taught to students. Although they weren’t always in trouble.  The two parents also made many good memories with friends regularly surrounding them both.  All and all the memories they made in that school was precious to both of them so without a doubt, Bellamy’s parents only wish that their children would have the same amazing experience they had.

The families history in the world of magic extends to the long line of Aurors that have preserved and protected the magical world. Although they the amount of wealth they have attained over the years hasn't all come from the Ministry as before the Ministry, the Landons were and still are huge suppliers of lumber of various amounts of woods with magical properties. As the family supplies these various types of woods they import and export these woods to chains of stores and manufacturers across continents. Giving their woods to places like "Briggs Broom" to the once prominent "Universal Brooms Ltd", now out of business to the booming versions of "Cleansweep"  At times members of the family do veer off the direction towards the Ministry of Magic and pursue other professions such as being Obliviators and in recent events some relatives of the Landon family have employed themselves overseas in parts of the Magical Congress of the United States of America and even in the organization of the Protection of Magical Species. The Landon family have always sought to safeguard all things magical as they wish to preserve the beauty it gives. The family has seen the world of muggles and how they can be around magic users and magical things. The Landon's have come to an understanding that all things magic can’t coexist with the non-magic world as they have seen what happens when they interact with each other. In some aspects, the family knows that there are some who can deal with the magic world but they wish to see it as a whole and not singular.

The families history in the world of magic extends to the studies of all areas that pertain to magic as the members of the family commonly dabbles into different professions whether it be Herbologist, Magizoologist, Aurologist, Astronomer, and at rare cases they take the rolls of Spell Crafters. The family are mostly generalists as they delve into any profession that suits their skill set. The Le Corre family is known to work in professions that benefit the expanding knowledge of magic as it is seen to them imperative to help progress the magical world. Although that's not the only thing they were interested in as they found the progression of the non-magic world fascinating. The family is interested in knowing muggles and what they do. The family thought of them fondly as they knew a few wizard families very well that are half-breeds, part muggle, and part magic. All in all the Le Corre were perceptive people that gave their best to seek out the truth in things.
