Asteria looks very much like her mother,but she has her fathers smile. She is average height and weight for her age, coming in at 160cm and 38.5kg. She has long legs and slightly pale skin, with long red hair that goes past her shoulders and green eyes with some small freckles on her nose.

Now in her second year at Hogwarts, Asteria wears her hair down and straight, with bangs covering her forehead and sweeping to one side.
Asteria can be described as a kind hearted but also shy individual when she is put in uncomfortable situations or unfamiliar surroundings. However when she is around people she feels comfortable with, she can be outgoing and friendly. People who know her are usually the first to point out how smart she is, during her time in muggle school she received mostly some A's and mostly B's.Although she rarely shows it, she does have a temper on her and is not afraid to stand up for herself if need be. Asteria can become quite depressed when something strongly upsets her. When this happens she can be cold to others and prefers to be somewhere away from others. She refuses to open up to those willing to listen, afraid they might she her as weak or use it against her somehow, she is trying to get over this however.
With all the good in her personality, comes the not so nice. Despite been a good person she does have her...Burke-ish side to her. Asteria is perfectly capable of channeling her family's down right frightening darkness when she or those that she cares about are threatened. Asteria also seems to have gained some of her fathers trouble making tendencies, although she rarely shows this. It comes out during times in which she needs to vent, or has reached he limits of boredom.

In her first year at Hogwarts Asteria wore her hair in curls, and wore it down when it was time for bed. During the Blossom ball, Asteria wore her hair pinned back with a few loose strands and bangs the sweep to the side.
Second year
Now in her second year at Hogwarts, Asteria wears her hair down and straight, with bangs covering her forehead and sweeping to one side.
Personality
Asteria can be described as a kind hearted but also shy individual when she is put in uncomfortable situations or unfamiliar surroundings. Pre-Hogwarts (W.I.P)

Before turning eleven, Asteria attended a muggle school, When she was younger, her parents were always busy working longer hours at work. During this time, they would send Asteria to her Aunt and Uncles old house in Bristol for long periods of time. They would pick her up and drop her off at school and she would temporarily live there for a time. It was during this time, that she met her best friend Thomas Lurking, the pair being quite the trouble making duo. However, the two went their separate ways after Asteria's Aunt and Uncle moved to Ireland, and her parents saw no reason for her to spend her time in Bristol anymore. From then on, Asteria spent her days in her home at Godric's Hollow, being cared from by the new family next door to her house if need be.
There, she had a few friends,but mostly kept to herself and her studies. Sometimes a boy in her class would bully her because of her love of books. One particular afternoon after coming home from school, she ran into him and his friends. They followed her halfway home teasing her. She held in her anger thinking responding would give them attention they want, but when she got home she was so upset she accidentally cause the lights in her family lounge to flicker and shatter down on her. She didn't get in trouble, but her father advised her to try and control her temper and let out better.

Summer (WIP)
During the summer, upon receiving her acceptance letter to Hogwarts, Asteria and her parent prepared for her journey. On sunny Monday morning, Asteria's mother, Olivia had wanted to go pick up a few things in Diagon Alley, she and Asteria's father decided to use this a an opportunity to buy Asteria's school supplies. After buying her wand and potions equipment, she met a boy name Emmett Park when she enters Madam Malkin's shop.Upon entering the shop, while Asteria waited for it to be her turn, the boy name Emmett decided to strike up conversion. Asking whether she was going to be attending Hogwarts, and soon after claiming her as a friend much to Asteria's surprise. As time went on, the) continued to discuss multiple things until it was time for Asteria to continue shopping for supplies.
The journey to Hogwarts (WIP)
On the first, Asteria and her family drove to Kings Cross Station for the start of Hogwarts term. Upon entering Platform 93/4's, Asteria was amazed by her surrounds and spoke with her family until it was time to leave. After getting on the train, Asteria found a compartment with two fellow first year girls and room to spare. There she made two acquaintances Evelyn Rosewater and Amelia Lovell, however her stay in the compartment was short as she felt like she didn't belong there and left in search of another compartment.
Eventually, she comes across a boy named Constantine Babbitt sitting alone and asks if she can join. After asking, she was invited in and the two struck up a conversation and new found friendship.
The Sorting Hat and Start of Term Feast
After the first years arrived at the school, they were led to the great hall by a professor in order to be sorted into one of the four houses. When it was Asteria's turn, the hat had difficulties in choosing whether to put Asteria in Ravenclaw or Gryffindor. She was eventually placed in Gryffindor after the sorting hat felt she would reach her full potential in this house. After the sorting was over the feast began, Asteria made her first friend, an energetic young girl named Winifrey Golding. They spoke about quidditch and shared their excitement until the feast was over.
The Girls Dorm (WIP)
Asteria was then placed in the Dormitory of Lily Potter with four other girls. Upon introducing themselves they were a bit amused that all but one of them were red heads. During the Spring Ball, one of Asteria's roommates was kind enough to bu enough dresses for the girls, unknown to Asteria who had already gotten her own dress a few days before.
The Hogwarts Spring Festival
While attending Dance class for the upcoming ball, Asteria had decided to sit in the background and read having no interest in dancing. It was then that she ended up running in to Wini and meeting two of her roommates. They talked about not having a partner, Wini tried to cheer Asteria up and encourage her. Wini eventually comes up with the idea of them girls taking turns and dancing together.However, While Wini and Mardella pair up together, Emmett, much to Asteria's surprise appears and asks Wini's other roommate Aurelia to dance. Asteria decides to use this as an opportunity to leave the lessons and do some exploring of the school, while preparing for the house cup celebration...
Gryffindor House Cup Celebrations
Hearing the news that Gryffindor had won the House cup, Asteria was excited to be able to be apart of the victory. The Head of House even allowing the students to celebrate in the Astronomy Tower, once arriving, Asteria spots three of her roommates, but decides to sit by herself for a minute, wanting to think over some personal things....
Secret Meeting (WIP)
Days after the House Cup celebration, Asteria received an owl inviting her to a meeting in the library by a Ravenclaw boy she only ever saw around. Once she arrived she was properly introduced to the boy who invited her as well as the other students who had gotten invitations.It seemed he had invited them so that he could form an order of sorts. Curious as to what adventures lay ahead of her if she joined, Asteria agreed to sign up for it.

Asteria was talked into going to the spring ball, albeit partially unwilling, there she managed to find one of her friends and strike up a brief conversation with them. The night was cut short however, when a Slytherin boy threw a tantrum and set fire to tables and the food. Spotting he friends Wini, Asteria hurried over to see if she was okay as a professor intervened in the matter and Asteria left the ballroom.

Charles Hana: Charles is Asteria's father and the husband of her mother Olivia. Charles Adore's his only daughter and tries to spoil her (much to her mothers disapproval and dismay). That being said, he is also highly protective of her, while also not going overboard with his protectiveness. In turn, Asteria loves her father deeply and always worries about him due to his job as an Auror.
Olivia Hana: Olivia Hana is Asteria' mother and the wife of Charles Hana. She, much like her husband adores her only child and is always there to encourage her and comfort her. As a healer, Olivia has always been there to clean up any wounds (and would sometimes worry about Asteria trying certain activities, like flying on a broom) Olivia can be just as fiercely protective as Asteria's father. According to her father Asteria gets her temper from her mother. She works as a healer of Artifact Accidents at St. Mungo's Hospital.
Mrs.Burke-Hana:Mrs. Burke-Hana is Asteria's grandmother on her fathers side and was a member of Slytherin House. Based on what's known, Mrs.Burke-Hana and be described as elegant, lady-like,ambitious,and above all snobby. She loves her family, but can be very overbearing and outright mean at times. She, her son and granddaughter don't always see eye to eye on most things, but both don't wish to saddened her or let her down. She is related to the Burke line, a family once listed as one of 'the Sacred Twenty-Eight.
Grayson Abonos: Grayson is Asteria 3rd(?) cousin on her father's side. While most of the family deems Asteria's side 'blood traitors' and have only partially disowned them(some remain neutral in the matter), they have outright disowned Grayson's side of the family due to having a muggle-born grandmother on his father's side. Asteria's side however see no problem with this and refuse to disown the Abonos as family, as such the two are on good terms with each other.

Winifrey Golding - Asteria met Wini after they were both sorted into Gryffindor and the start-of-term-feast began. They seem to get along quite well, both sharing the same excitement and eagerness in what they will learn during their time in Hogwarts. They later meet at the school dancing lessons for the upcoming spring ball. There Wini tries to encourage Wini to get into the spirit of the ball, albeit unsuccessfully.

Asteria Hana-Second Year Gryffindor
Wand, Skills and Abilities
Asteria wields a 29.5 centimeter wand, made from chestnut wood and Phoenix Feather. It is said to be Flexible and very powerful, but hard to use and very selective of who it chooses. That being said, the wand has been extremely loyal to Asteria so far and Asteria in turn takes great care of her wand.
Skills
Asteria is a bright young witch receiving mostly good grades in her classes. She Spends most of her time studying what they learn after classes are over for the day. She likes to make sure to burn said lessons into her memory as much as possible.
Charms: In her first year, Asteria was shown to be highly efficient in Charms, receiving top marks in all of her Charms work.
Potions: Yet another class Asteria has earn top marks in for her first year, receiving "O's and E's" in he work.
Transfiguration: Asteria does well in this class receiving "Exceeds Expectations" but she wishes to do better.
Defense Against The Dark Arts: Asterias receives good marks in this class as well, however she wishes to reach "Outstanding" like her father did.
History of Magic: Asteria so far has proven to have a knack for history her level for her first year being "Exceeded Expectations".
Astronomy: Astronomy is one of a few classes Asteria has the least interest in, she not one for studying the stars much and never has been.
Herbology: For the most part, Asteria does well in this class, but knows she could better.
Flying: Despite having a small unease about flying, Asteria has done well in this class, receiving an "Exceeds Expectations".
Duelling: In Asteria's practice duel with Anastasia Brown, Asteria is seen to be quick and confident with her movements, enough to at least catch her opponent somewhat off-guard . She prefers to keep a stoic demeanor when facing her opponents, Anastasia mistaking her stoic look to looking emotionless. Asteria's knockback Jinx was able to hit hard and powerful enough to knock Asteria's opponent back onto her bum. When duelling, Asteria feels the most at one with herself and her abilities and in sync with her wand more than ever.

On Asteria's twelfth birthday one of Asteria's family members sent her a sneak-o-scope.
Asteria's Necklace

Asteria's necklace is a necklace that was handed down from her father's side of the family. It originally would have gone to her grandmothers daughter, but she never had a girl. It was eventually given to her mother, much to her grandmothers dislike, and then to Asteria on her twelfth birthday. It represents the Slytherin heritage of her family and, as a Gryffindor Asteria is unsure if she should wear it or not.
Asteria's Bracelet

Asteria's bracelet was given to her when she was a young child, by her childhood friend Thomas Lurking. Upon finding themselves going their separate ways, both Asteria and Tom decided to give each other gifts. Asteria in turn made him a necklace to remember her by, she was surprised to receive her bracelet, but loved it none the less. It may not be flashy or fancy, but to Asteria it's a very important part of her and she treasures it everyday.

- Asteria's favorite colors is blue, but she hate dark blues like indigo and navy.
She hates being underestimated - She has nicknames, 'As, Astie, Aria, Asta, Asria, Ria, Teria, Seria, Sia, Tia, Ana' but only those who are close to her tend to call her by them (She HATES being called Aster).
- She wants to learn who to speak Japanese and visit Japan one day, as she has family there.Although she doesn't seem like Asteria is 1/4 Japanese on her fathers side. Her grandmother's side genes have stronger traits that show through.
- Despite her personality and demeanor, there is a more adventurous side to her, she just currently has no reason to show it.
- Asteria is a Taurus , her element is earth and her ruler is Venus.
- She wants to be an Animagus someday.
- Due to Godric's Hollow unspecified location the best guest for Asteria's home location is either Devon or Cornwall.
- She sometimes thinks about dying her hair a dark shade of red when she's older and getting rid of her freckles.
- She can't stand Cockroach Clusters and the muggle treats called Nut Brittle,Toasted Coconut Teacakes and any thing too sour.
- When Asteria was four she was scratched by a dog once and has a scar on her right leg down to her ankle.
- Her family has both a pet owl and a cat.
- Asteria can sing but very few people have heard her, she has stage fright.
- Asteria use to be a big tomboy, she still is to a slight degree but she's mostly grown out of it
- Although her mother and maternal grandmother were born in England, her mother's side is of french decent. Her Aunt is also part french.
