Tristan as the Pureblood Heir of the Noble House of Theramin is the perfect cold, and unemotional Slytherin as he can be. When he desires so, his face is unmoving as a statue and emotions are easily locked away, so that logic is the only thing left in his brain. He is elegant and intelligent, far more intelligent than the majority of the people his age, and his wit is comparable to Sherlock Holmes. He could be described as a classical prince, his tone unmoving if he desired so, and a fire that burns others as quickly as he warms those he calls is friends. He is direct and straightforward, unconcerned about others' discomfort. However, this nature has mellowed out after the tragic deaths of both his friend Edward and his tutor in quick succession, allowing him to see some benefit of warmth and emotions.

*Background*

	Tristan Theramin was born in Magical Scotland near Glasgow in 2008 to Augustus and Rosalie Theramin or Lord and Lady Theramin. They had no relatives alive and were often secluded in their daily lives. Unlike other wizarding nobility, they were not averse to Muggles and sent Theramin to an acquaintance of theirs in London to tutor him in Muggle and Wizarding education. In actuality, this was because Tristan was born out of a relational affair that his father had committed, the partner being a witch with muggle blood. They never told Tristan, of course, but it influenced their decision. In addition, this was because they saw that Voldemort’s ideology damaged wizards more than accepting Muggles. No spells or anything of that sort but history, people, theory. Muggle studies were quite different as well. He learned words taught beyond his age, arithmetic, science, history. His best friend’s name was Edward but because he was a muggle, Tristan could not tell him about the most important part of his life. Instead, he spent all his free time with Edward up until about when he turned eleven. When he turned eleven, a tragedy struck. Edward was killed in a car accident and Tristan knew that magic would have saved him. Tristan saw him die in the hospital. Thus, Tristan closed off his heart and concluded that sentiment was a defect and should be purged. He tries not to connect because he knew that he wouldn’t be able to stand another loss.
	Beyond that though, his first occurrence of accidental magic was when he was four. He was crying and could not be consoled. In the end he could not be consoled and accidentally turned his mother’s hair red and made my pillow wet. My parents were not surprised and instead went along with it. They congratulated me and then used spells to dry the pillow and change my mother’s hair back to normal.
	Now at Hogwarts, he has been sorted into Slytherin which he was not surprised at as his parents were Slytherin and he desired to be as well. He has attended many of his classes and is considered a Potions Prodigy Learner and Charms Prodigy Learner. He desires to be powerful and gain intellectual prowess. He has had a quite an engaging experience with Leonard Oaksworth as companion and perhaps considers him as a friend. Though most keep certain skills a secret, Tristan is proud to admit he is a Parselmouth and has taken advantage of such to enter the Chamber of Secrets. He has learned a great number of charms, curses, and potions and is greatly appreciative of the education he has received. However, sadly, in his third year, his dearly beloved tutor tragically passed in a car accident, once again debilitating Tristan for many months, causing his parents to take him home for the rest of year, and to ask to allow him to start the third year over the next year.
