Distinguishing Features: Freckles across the bridge of her nose and cheeks. Sharp grey eyes. A small, still-pink scar across the top of her left cheek. A very animated face, entirely dependent upon her mood. Two small mix-matched earrings, one depicting a fiery sun and the other a crescent moon. (She's worn them since her 7th birthday, rarely do they ever come off.)

Short, scrawny, and a bit too thin no matter how ravenous her hunger may be, Ana Lafee could still be considered pretty-- if a bit boyish. Her ears are a little too large for her head and her grey eyes are just a tad too far apart. Stick-straight hair falls bluntly just past her shoulders and is constantly falling into her face. Often times she can be seen pushing her hair out of her face and behind her ears. A dark dusting of freckles line the tops of her cheeks and the bridge of her nose and when she smiles two dimples reveal themselves.

Curious and strong-willed, Anastasia has a tendency to act first, nearly on instinct, rules be damned. Though she can be considered a bit brusque upon first meeting her, Ana is loyal, witty, and fiercely protective of those she considers friends. She has a boisterous laugh, one that can be described as infectious, and she quite enjoys spreading that humor around. No matter how rowdy and attitude-prone Ana is, she nonetheless craves the attention and affection of those around her.

At eleven years old, Ana is the eldest of the Lafee children and the only girl born to Charles and Antoinette Lafee, both of whom work for the Ministry of Magic. Born and raised in the small (mainly muggle inhabited) city of Melrose, she spent years haunting the Eildon Hills and the surrounding castles, intent on finding ghosts and treasure. Due to her parents being busy-bees, she grew up self sufficient and shirking any rules that had been set in place for her. She went through nursemaid after nursemaid, her petulance driving away all but the strong-willed. However, her attitude changed when her twin brothers were born and now, four years later, as she readies herself for her first year at Hogwarts, she struggles to think how she'll go months without seeing them.
