Dakota sighed out softly to himself as he walked towards the Duelling Club with the Book of Spells in his grasp, tightly holding it with two hands, panting lightly by the time he reached the room.  He couldn’t help but let out a groan, the heaviness of the book nearly sending him toppling over. No worries, he knew a perfect way on how to get stronger-by learning as many spells as he could! That way nobody, not even the toughest people in Hogwarts could stand against him, if everyone was right about him not being as weak as he seemed, then it should be as easy as pie!

Inhaling deeply, he looked for a spot to put his book down, the weight eventually starting to become to much for him. It was at that moment he heard the door slam open, his body jumping up lightly from the sudden noise. He turned around,  his eyebrows raised in alarm, his heart dropping all the way into his stomach. It was not one but both of his brothers, standing right there with wands in their hand.

They looked as if they already had messed with another soul-were they crazy?! The Gryffindor would never forget their hyena-like laughs, all he did was freeze up around them response, forgetting all about proving that he was stronger than he looked. Allen, his oldest brother ran forward without any hesitation, shoving Dakota right to the ground, pinning him down quite easily.

That was when Dakota finally thought of something to say, managing to get at least one word out, “No.” He said firmly, watching as his other brother Damien kneeled down beside him, gripping his wand tightly and teasingly tapping it against Dakota’s forehead, “Hey Koda, we’re gonna do you a favor. We’re gonna cut all that dirty girly hair off." He sneered, laughing to himself almost creepily.

Dakota tried his best to squirm out of their grasp but with Allen’s knees on his elbows it was pretty much impossible. Dakota shrieked as he then felt himself get soaked with water when Allen performed the  Aguamenti spell, trying his best not to choke on the cold liquid. “Calm down before I make you smell like wet dog!” He threatened, now stepping aside so Damien could take the lead.

“How'd you like that haircut to begin just below the chin?”

Siege walked the halls, quite lazily, walking with ease, and with a confident aura as well. He wore a simple white dress shirt, a loose black robe, and his loose crimson and gold tie hung, as he walked slowly. He was wondering about Serena...He hadn't seen the prefect girl in quite some time, after her blatantly saying they weren't friends, or anything for that matter.

He wasn't pissed or really mad, after all he wasn't one to keep grudge, he's too lazy for that anyways.
"I don't think I'm in the right place to be honest...I'm totally just wandering am I? Ed would kill me if he found out I was just wandering around..." Siege would mutter, as his gaze landed on a very familiar boy, surrounded by two obviously older students.

"Dakota? Hmn...What's he doing here?" Wondered Siege to himself, as he kept walking closer, albeit this time his footfalls could barely be heard. He saw what was going on, and he didn't like it. He wasn't one to treat others kindly, but he wasn't one to bully others either. If anything he liked to help, he just isn't a kind soul about it.

"So...What's happening here boys?" Siege would casually say, his hands still in his pocket. The two in front of him, weren't any more taller than him, but they looked like they were a bit older, maybe a couple or more years older.

"Ya really think you'd get away with that in these halls huh?" Said Siege, pulling out his hands and started to crack his knuckles. "You better let go of him, or I'll knock you on your ass." The boy would calmly say, although this time instead of lazy and lax look to him, he was smiling, a slight smile, a smile that could only mean trouble.

The two older students turned to look at the black-haired first year, at first looking confused before bursting into laughter. They sounded like hyenas-dirty, rotten hyenas. They glanced at each other and seemed to mentally send each other a message before Damien got up, turning to Siege. He then walked towards him, glaring at him with dark-almost black eyes, not looking pleased. “Lookie here Allen, it looks like we gotta teach another stuck-up Gryffindor a lesson.” He seneered, a wide grin forming on his face, “If you don’t want to end up like Dakota here, I suggest you leave.” Damien warned, clenching his fists before spitting on Siege’s face harshly.

Dakota whimpered and let out cries of pain as he was then punched rather hard in the face, his brother Allen having the intent to keep him down, wanting him to stay put. He gave him a few more punches, to the point the first year’s nose started to bleed. He tried desperately to push Allen off of him, but with each attempt his face collided with a fist causing Dakota to nearly get knocked out. Allen loooked over his shoulder and chuckled to himself at the sight before beginning to raise his wand, looking back at Siege. “Yeah, right. Now I’m going to tell you a little something-that kid over there isn’t someone you want to hang out with. He’ll just hold you down-plus, he isn’t even a he. Nothing but a liar, a wimp, a weeny...a girl.”

“Lookie here Allen, it looks like we gotta teach another stuck-up Gryffindor a lesson.”  One of the older boys would say to Siege as he came closer to the boy. Siege just stood there unimpressed. He wasn't one to just stand up for someone...but well...It was a weak Gryff dammit, even Siege is not an arsehole like that. “If you don’t want to end up like Dakota here, I suggest you leave.” The boy would once more say, his disgusting spit reaching Siege. Now he certainly was older, but Siege saw no intimidation from him, he's seen bigger and better men that these Douches.

A small whimper and cry came from Dakota as the small boy was punched by one of his brothers, Allen, Siege would correctly guess his name to be. “If you don’t want to end up like Dakota here, I suggest you leave.” The boy named Allen would threateningly say, raising his wand a bit. Siege merely smiled, not cause he was ridiculing these boys, but he was ready for some action. It had been since the beginning of the school year that he had gotten into something like this...Well the last time had bats and blood involved, but this one might just be as exciting. “Yeah, right. Now I’m going to tell you a little something-that kid over there isn’t someone you want to hang out with. He’ll just hold you down-plus, he isn’t even a he. Nothing but a liar, a wimp, a weeny...a girl.”

Now that...that should've been a surprise to Siege, but it really wasn't. He was just ready to throw some punches, and hopefully these kids could take them, at least for a few times. Siege was used to this, or as used as someone can be. He didn't show vulnerability, nor did he show any nervousness...Well he can't show it if it wasn't there in the first place. "Ya done yet bud? If you're not, let me help you..." Siege would answer, as his fist already had swirls of embers.

His fist quickly shot up to the face of Damien, seeing as he was the closest...He struck with all of his strength...A strength certainly unusual for an eleven year old skinny boy like him. A strength that he's used countless times before...Hopefully he won't break his jaw or something like that. Or break anything for that matter, but him breaking something or giving the dude some kind of injury...Was really damn likely.

Once Dakota felt the punches stop, he opened his eyes, looking worriedly at the scene before him. Siege had to go right now, at least he wanted him too. He didn’t want anyone getting beat up by his ‘lame-o’ brothers, even if it meant that he had to be the one taking the hits. He sniffled lightly as he could feel blood trickle from his nose, his vision blurring out on him for a split second. How would he ever hide his bruises at this point? He had to find some way to get to his dormioity somehow without getting questioned on why he looked so....well like crap.

Perhaps he could say it was an accident, after all it shouldn’t be so hard to make people believe that. Dakota tended to be a tad bit clumsy anyway, but that didn’t mean that some other students would stop at just one question. Who ever heard of someone getting multiple bruises on his face from just simply tripping? And with Siege being the prefect of Gryffindor he doubted that he could just run away once this was all over. All he ever wanted to do was run away, he experienced fight or flight reactions often and chose flight.

Damien was expecting Allen to flee-but what he wasn’t expecting was a hard punch to the face. He could feel pain radiate throughout his nose at first and then all the way to the back of his head. It took him at once, his nose letting out a cracking sound as he then stumbled backwards, nearly falling over onto his back. He hissed out in pain and gripped his nose, blood beginning to drip from it rapidly. “You little....son of a..”

His heart began to race and he could feel his blood start to boil, the older student lifting his head up now to glare at Siege with hate in his dark eyes. He let out a stream of curses before sprinting forward with all his might in an attempt to knock him down, his fists clenched tightly. Dakota shrieked in surprise and managed to sit up for a moment, his eyes widening, “Siege, go before he hurts you!!” He cried out the loudest he could before getting slammed right back onto the ground, nearly passing out this time.
