You're unbelievably sweet, had her mother said someday. She wasn't the only one. Many others had told her similar things such as, you're so sweet! or you're the nicest person I've ever met. It made Peach happy. Up to a point. Because people used you when you were too nice. They manipulated you into giving them all they want and need and sometimes, you forget yourself. She walked in the study room with those bittersweet thoughts in her mind. She looked at the high ceiling, decorated with arabesques and big chandeliers. The tables were as messy as usual and books were carelessly put on the floor. Peach walked through the huge bookshelves and picked out some things about space and charms to revise a little on her work.

She found what seemed to be an empty table towards the back of the room. As she sat down, she smiled, remembering how she met Dmitri. She had mistaken his desk for an empty one and he had gotten quite mad until they talked a little more and found lots of common interests. She liked meeting people, it was always fun and exciting but also quite frightening.

She stayed there, thinking, in the clouds for a while before the rooms lights dimmed to announce the start of the evening. The young girl lit up the small lamp provided at her desk and she started reading but it was no use. Her mind was not to it and she couldn't concentrate on any word. She decided to observe the room and whoever was in it, to pass the time before her brain allowed her to read. She saw students from all houses, laughing with each other or studying in small groups and she suddenly felt quite lonely. She didn't have a group's or a band ti hang out with, just some friends here and there like Eris and Amelia and such.

The young girl was lost in her thoughts when she saw a young boy standing up and walking towards her. She sat straight on her chair, quite surprised: boys didn't approach her much. He seemed nice and his smile was quite wide. A smile illuminated the girl's face when he explained the reason he came up to her. He needed help with his work. Peach nodded and scooted over to make some space for him as he sat down. She closed her books and introduced herself.

" Hello, " she said, " I'm Peach. ". Her smile widened a little. She hadn't seen him before so she took the liberty to look closely. He had blind hair and simple blue eyes that were glittering with a strange light. The young girl didn't look further and she looked at the boys parchment. " What do you need help with? ". Her eyes went back to watching him, waiting for the answer. She hoped he wouldn't ask for help in Charms, she was quite horrible at it. Her preferred subjects were Herbology and Care of Magical creatures, due to her background and childhood.

She had been taught to look after animals at a young age, helping her mum in this ones work. She loves taking care of  living things and so helping would come under that. A little voice in her head whispered you're too nice, he's just using you. She ignored it at first but when it became louder, she softly shook her head and concentrated on the work the boy showed her.

Potions. Hmm...It wasn't her favourite subject nor the one she disliked the most. She did well in this class, however she did not find it very useful yet. She knew a little about the Wolfsbane potion. It helped transformations for werewolves to be easier and reduce the pain they felt when they metamorophosed. The young girl nodded, trying to help the young boy to find a starter lfor his essay. " Well, you could start by explaining what the Wolfsbane potion is is details, even to cite it's ingredients. Then you could go on it's properties and how it is used and such and then move on to your next subject which was? " she said, looking over at him, not quite remembering. Was it to compare it to it's close cousins?

She smiled softly, playing with her hair, still failing to remember. She remembered something instead, a potions book carelessly left on it's own on an empty desk next tl her's. She leaned over to her left side, passing her arm over the young boys body to grab the book. She being it back to the desk and opened it to the W's section, looking for the Wolfsbane potion. When she found it, she smiled and pointed it to the boy. " Here you go, all you need to know about the potion! "

Peach observed the young boy walking back to his desk, slowly, as if he wished for her to see every movement he made. He had looked teary once the young girl had given him the book. Maybe he didn't want to be alone? Or maybe he's using you. Maybe he just needed a little more help? Or maybe he wants you to do everything. Maybe he just couldn't concentrate tonight, as she did too. He was now looking quite concentrated, working on his paper, reading and reading over some text she could not see. He didn't seem very happy and it was understandable. Homework was hell, but necessary to have good grades and to learn.

Feeling slightly had about leaving the young boy alone, she stood up and walked towards him. She smiled and sat next to him, looking at his paper. It was empty so far. She looked over at him, her head tilted to the side.

" Do you need further help? I can't do it for you, it's not allowed but it's fairly easy, I think you'll do well. ". A kind smile appeared on her face as she awaited for a response from the boy. He didn't seem mean, nor rude, just a little lost. It was the case for many students here at Hogwarts. Leading a new life, quasi alone in an unknown place for most. Habits from home were messed around with and whatever you were used to certainly won't exist anymore.

The young girl listened to the boy's words carefully, nodding along there and then. Homework was frustrating, but it was an obligatory step two achieving Hogwarts. She slid the book to the middle of the desk and went back to the pages she had showed him earlier. What was great about Homework was that you could always do it your own way, write however you want as long as the answer is correct. She put a hand on the boy's shoulder as a sign of understanding. " Homework is frustrating but see, you can write your informations and answers however you want. You don't have to write a comform copy of whatever is in the book."

She smiled and hoped that it had maybe changed his mind. It was becoming obvious that he did not want to work. If he wanted her to do it for him , he'd have to find someone else. She was helpful but when she judged that they could do it themselves, she would just hint them to the right path. She observed his reactions, wondering if he was going to choose to either work or abandon. Hopefully he'd choose the winner path, the one that offered more.
