Kayla is very witty and intelligent towards her classmates and in her work. She gets top marks in all of her classes and helps her classmates with homework, essays and any other assignments. She helps her friends but isn't a know-it-all. She loves people who are friendly and polite and not in the cool club because it is not a good area to hang around in because she likes to hang out with the kind of people who do things the right way. She does only what is best for her friends and family because it is the right thing to do and defends them because she is there for them always and defends any people on the street. She doesn't have a complete understanding of sorcery.

Kayla has soft, almond-shaped brown eyes, long eyelashes and bushy eyebrows. She sometimes gets very tired and loses sleep and falls asleep sometimes because she can't bear to stay awake any longer. She has a straight face with pale, fair skin with dimples, rosy red lips, a crooked nose with freckles and rosy cheeks. She has athletic arms, legs and an athletic build & figure. Her smile is very thin & beautiful and always shows it in her daily routines. She also has glasses that she uses for reading that make her eyes stand out. She is the shortest one in her class.

Kayla was born to a Muggle-born and a Half-blood who are both Aurors. Prior to attending Hogwarts, she was home-schooled in English and Mathematics by her mom. She had many mishaps in her youth, including breaking & smashing many family heirlooms by accident because she was very clumsy and accident-prone. She also broke her porcelain doll and her glass rocking horse. For Kayla, Hogsmeade was quiet, only getting noisy at Halloween and Christmastime. Her relationship with her parents was wonderful and close because they were so proud of Kayla. She was on her way to becoming an Auror, just like them.
