Mississippi (Mibs) Catherine Lowell is an eleven-year-old colored girl. Her full name is Mississippi, but she prefers Mibs to anything. Mibs is rather short, standing at around 3 feet and 7 inches tall. Her skin is a light, creamy color of brown; freckles dot across her face and shoulders. Her hair is black, very fluffy and bouncy. It's cut short, and is always falling in her eyes. Mibs wears huge round glasses, covering her hazel eyes. Her nose is large and smooshed, giving her an adoravle appearance. She is a little on the plump side, but definitely not fat.

Mibs prefers to wear soft and comfortable but unique clothes. She owns a mixture of sweaters, overalls, fluffy socks, combat boots, sweat-pants, tank tops, soft t-shirts, and many, many bracelets. She often paints her nails some bright color, oftentimes yellow or teal. She doesn't like most makeup, and she never takes the time to do her hair, deeming it unnecessary.

Mibs is generally a bright person, in brains and personality. She is very bubbly, loving to share her interests, theories, and sudden thoughts with others. She can be described as a center of calm, especially when her friends need her. She doesn't mind staying up the entire night just to comfort a friend in need. Mibs is way, way too overprotective of her loved ones. If you cause her friends pain, she will be after you with a lot of words to say. She tends to be slow to anger, however, she judges you to easily based off of your actions. She isn't a very forgiving person, and if you break her trust, it will take you a lot of hard work to earn it back. Mibs has an obsession with anything paranormal, especially aliens! She enjoys drawing what she theorizes they look like ( which changes weekly ).

Mibs comes from Leeds, England. She lived there in a small house with her mother, Harriet. Harriet was a muggle, and her only parent. Her wizard father, David, died during an investigation of a few suspects. He worked as an auror for the Ministry. Harriet supported herself and her daughter, working as a florist. Their house was very small, but cozy. It was brightly colored, filled with cushy rugs and comfortable seats, lots of flowers and the drawing of Mibs hanging all around it. Mibs went to muggle school until her letter to Hogwarts arrived in the summer. She was ecstatic to find out that she was a wizard, hearing all about her father and the things he did as a wizard. Her mother was more than happy to send her to Hogwarts.

When she arrived on the train, she was sorted into Hufflepuff. She is currently trying her best to make friends and settle into her new home.
