The Williams' family has a long line of pure-blood Ravenclaws. They are found to be the smartest students when attending Hogwarts. Once they come of age, each Williams child is immediately sent to Hogwarts to study.
Tori isn't any different that her parents. She was born in the high life of London, never doubting anything. She knows about the others whom don't live in such grand conditions, but at her age, she cannot do anything about it. She had heard the tale of a great wizard by the name of Harry Potter, but she often looks past that, knowing she will make her name enter the books of great witches and wizards alike her. When she was young, she was always nicknamed "The Williams child to change it all." by her family. It was a stupid idea that floated around her quite large family that she'd often overthink. What would she do that would change something? She's just a shy, 11 year old whom doesn't know much about the world around her. She wouldn't make her mark anywhere. Maybe once she attends Hogwarts, she'd understand her purpose in the world.
She is what you call, Shy. Often times when around her, she may seem timid, although she opens up soon after she is comfortable with others. She also possesses her family's intelligence.
She has medium-length, light brown hair along with her blue eyes covered by her thick glasses. She is often seen as older than she is, looking more if she was 15-16, than 11. When not in her robes, she is most likely wearing a stripped shirt with blazer, black pants, and wedges.
