Mae Reeds is the Irish half-blood daughter of Ravenclaw witch Emily Autumn, and muggle Josh Reeds.

She is average height, with golden-brown hair reaching up to her mid-back that seems to have a mind of its own, and ever-changing gray-blue-green eyes. Her nose is round and curved, and her lips are plump. Mae's eyebrows, just a little thicker than she'd like them, are dark. Her eyelashes are long, and her ears stick out more than she'd like them to. Underneath her right eye lies a small dent the size of a fingernail, received from a splinter in her cradle when she was young.

Mae, a studious, ambitious girl relies on her curiosity and powerful intellect to fuel her passion for knowledge. In addition, Ms. Reeds are stubborn, however logical and slightly strange and random at times. Though often shy, Mae can become a loyal, profound, enjoyable companion if given the chance. However, Mae is honest, and is smart enough to leave a bad relationship, and won't think twice about telling you about your mistake. This being said, Mae is not one to abandon a relationship without trying to make it work first.

Although Mae can be shy socially, she is outgoing in an academic sense and has no fear of public speaking. Trusting her heart, mind, and gut in a pickle, Mae has good judgment in dire situations.

As for hobbies, Mae enjoys sketching, occasionally using watercolors or ink, baking, or bird watching, if she hasn't already stuck her nose in a book or wrapped her fingers around a pencil. Mae can always find a way to keep herself, and her mind, occupied, whether it is observing a house martin or sketching it.

Back home in Galway, Mae loved to visit museums, and took great pleasure in observing and interacting with all of their contents, whether it was a museum of natural history, Irish history, or art. Mae had no trouble helping around the house and was a good child, choosing her parental battles wisely, and, if it satisfied her curiosity, keeping to the rules (mostly).

Like mentioned before, Mae can act queer occasionally, either if she is nervous, or is just feeling so. Mae has strange tics, like pitter-pattering on her thighs with her fingers if she is excited or nervous.
