Calvin was born on May 13th, 2007 in Kensington. The boy was the only child of a muggle doctor mother, and a dad who was part of the Department of Magical Sports and Games. He had been aware that he was a wizard for a very long time, though he never focussed on this fact. It could of been due to his 'relaxed' upbringing, which mostly from his mother's side, never seemed to focus on the man he would one day become. The fact that his mum did not focus on it, even though his dad did, it influenced how much he valued the idea of magic. Maybe it was because of his age, he was never sure. Of course, the concept of Quidditch was truly thrilling, but that was really it. His father of course, wanted to make him very aware of his uniqueness, but it wasn't serious to him. Of course, this would go until his 10th birthday. From the day he turned 10 years old, he never managed to 'shut up'. It was thrilling, and he counted down the 365 days eagerly, His interest in the chaser position only grew, and his love for each of the four houses also seemed to grow, with no existing bias. He'd come home from school bored, because he knew it wasn't Hogwarts. The best thing? Both of his parents were now both encouraging it, even when he was interested himself. Maybe it was because he only had a year of learning before his first lesson, but it didn't cross his mind. His words of encouragement from dad seemed to finally make their mark as he was often rude for his lack of patience. However, he seemed to mature as his birthday approached, but when he actually aged up, it was all systems go. He didn't hesitate to say that he was finally going to Hogwarts, and the happiness seemed to be going in all directions.

He was going to Hogwarts. The moment he had been building up for however long was finally coming upon him. It was easily the very best moment of his entire life!
