A precocious young boy of eleven, Thomas Lurking has grown up his entire life in Bristol. Gifted and smart, but arrogant and petulant when he doesn't get his way, often in school he was seen running amok with the troublemakers of the class, him, due to the matter of his brains, being the leader of course. His father, Oscar Lurking, his only living relative, wished for him to go to a private school, at his posthumous mother's insistence, but after many a prank played and factors of disruption being caused by his hand, a mastermind of many hijinks, he was expelled and sent to a public one. There, surprisingly, he was no longer his mischievous self, doing well in class and paying attention, although he grew withdrawn and taciturn as the years pushed on. Then, at the age of eleven, he received his letter to Hogwarts, which his father was expecting, and dreading at the same time...
Thomas isn't entirely sure as to the opinion of his mother being a Wizard, and thus, his being a Wizard, if only half, as well. He only knows, after deducing the affordable information at hand, that his mother side of the family must be Wizard's and the reasons as to why he's never known any of them is because of that poignant fact. He confronted his father about the matter, and it seemed he was right; the Wizard side of his family doesn't seem all too interested in Muggles and, as such, in him.
