Physical Description: Black haired, dark brown eyes, short yet sharp nose, relatively average sized ears, though they're quite pointy on the top. He is skinny at the moment, and is 4'10 (age 11). His hair is messy and all over the place, he has very small freckles. Which are almost unnoticeable.

Mental Description: He's sharp, attentive, yet enjoyable to be around. He loves talking with others and loves to read. However he can be rash and brutal when he wants to, he's prone to not utilizing his smarts and will rush head first into things without a plan. He loves dolphin's.

Biography: His life outside of Hogwarts was relatively normal. His mother was pure-blood, his father a muggle. Yet they both knew magic and went to school together. Eventually their relationship blossomed into marriage, and they had Perry. He has lots of cousins from his mother's side. Though he had very few friends. He's an only child with mostly muggle relations. His mother's parents died years ago. So he didn't know much about magic. However, it wasn't ever necessarily hidden from him. He lived in London with his parents.

First Instance of Magic: Perry was enjoying time in the grass, however one of his cousins was annoying him. Constantly picking on him to try and get him to play with the others. Perry didn't want to play the game they were playing at all. Perry got so annoyed that in a moments notice his cousins shirt became large, larger than it was, it became longer and didn't fit him anymore. A few days after that incident a letter arrived.
