Falling from a rope-swing (mid-swing) and flying 30ft through the air, before hitting the ground in an explosion of feathers.
Favourite Magical Place:
Diagon Alley - ever since the first time he went there, Joey found all sorts of amazements at Diagon Alley, ranging from odd books at Flourish and Blotts, to Goblins at Grinngots, to all sorts of amazements at Weasleys Wizard Wheezes.
Favourite Magical Person:
Newt Scamander - ever since first discovering Unicorn and Dragons were real (having heard many muggle fairy-tales about them), Joey had always been amazed by the creatures of the magical world and finding out all he could. After reading Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, along with some earlier work found in the Hogwarts library, Joey has been hooked on Newts research and looked up to him.
Background:
Joey was born and lived in Wales. Right in the middle to be precise. Despite doing well at muggle primary school, people had always found him odd. There was no reason for it, they just did. He later went on (after starting at Hogwarts) to find it was due to his (unknown) magical abilities that peole had felt this way.
He grew up in the countryside, having space to run around outside in the forests and the hills and never really had many friends, preferring his own company.
