Isaiah James Corbec (Ike for short) is an 11 year old boy with deeply black, short-cropped hair, an olive complexion, and blue eyes. He is known to be quite reckless, but with this recklessness comes a great deal of bravery to boot. He enjoys quidditch immensely, and wants to get on the team eventually. Always the adventurous type, he comes up with plans with his friends all the time. His mother credits him with a sort of "drive" that most kids his age don't have. Part of this stems from wanting to be more like his dad, who he once held a close relationship with. Originally born and raised in the United States to a muggle father and a pureblood mother, his father died when he was only 9, leaving only him and his mother. Strangely enough, he can’t remember what specifically happened- his mother kept the details a secret. To this day, Ike doesn’t know how exactly his father died, only that it was because of “cancer”. Following his father’s death, Ike and his mother moved to his mother’s country of origin, England, to live in proximity of the rest of his family, on his mother’s side. His family on his mother’s side is pureblood, prejudiced against anyone that is muggle-born, and that extends to half-bloods like Ike. They view him with disdain, but tolerate his presence, given that his mother is still a pureblood member of the family. Originally, he was going to attend Illvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the United States, but following his father's death, he moved to Nottingham, England, and was subsequently enrolled in Hogwarts soon after.
