Nyalah (Nye-Aye-Luh) Keziahis (Keh-z-eye-us) a very shy and studious young girl who was always small for age. She was always terrified of doing wrong, scared of getting in trouble. Nyalah preferred to keep to herself. She was the youngest of 5. The only girl and and the "late in life child". Her brothers were all 9 years or more older than her. She had always struggled to make friends. She had always preferred to stay inside with a book of joining the neighborhood kids outside. Her parents attending Hogwarts and her brothers attended Wizarding Schools so she always knew that she would attend some type of Wizarding school also. The only problem it didn't seem she had any type of magical capabilities. By the time she had turned 7 her parents given up hope that she would ever show signs of acting like she actually belonged to their family, ever show signs that she wasn't a squib. Her brothers had all shown signs of being magical at a very young age. She hated seeing her brothers go through school and even graduating, going on to jobs while she had nothing. So she did what she knew best and turned to books. Then when she was 8, her brothers were home from school visiting. Her 17 yr old brother always the bully loved teasing her. He kept stealing her books and hiding them. She was sitting reading a quite interesting muggle book when her brother snuck up and plucked the book from her hand. She tried grabbing it back but he was always quicker. He was also almost a head and half taller so holding it out of reach was easy to do as well. She was close to tears so angry and just wanting to finish her book when suddenly the book in his hands burst into flames. He dropped the book screaming, and her parents came rushing into the room. Her dad grabbed her shoulder and she was sure she was going to be in trouble when he spoke, "Well Nyalah, I guess you do have magic in you after all." She looked up at him and he was beaming with pride. Now here she is 11 years old with her Hogwarts letter in hand. Not so sure she was ready for this adventure to begin.
