William is a small boy with olive skin. His body while not muscled is quite well built. He has light hazel eyes that shine even more in sunlight. Always well put, he tries to keep sharp eyes and his posture even more so. He rarely smiles but when he does, it's easy to see his right front tooth which is crooked.

He's from the upper class in the muggle world. From countless parties and overheard meeting from both his parents, he thinks he has to act high and hide his emotions to get trough. On first meeting, he can seem snobbish and a little obnoxious. While he kinda is, he's more socially inept than actually mean. In fact, he is loyal and helpful to those who he calls friend. When he is annoyed or particularly stressed, he'll slip some word in French, the first language he began to learn.
The young boy lived in France the firsts years of his life. He moved to England when he was four. He still knows a bit of french but he mostly prefers English.

William was homeschooled his whole life. He's never had to deal with bullies or had any chances to make friends before coming to Hogwarts. His "friends" were the few maids his parents hired.

He adores his parents. Altough they always hid their emotions and were distant sometimes, he has a great relationship with both of them. Despite their busy schedule, they try their best to pass time with him. He also had a "nanny" who's just a much of a father as his own. All of them are muggle and they were weirded out by the owl carrying his letter. However, they had a little hint when at age nine he could make snacks fly to his room when he wanted.

William loves apples and watching figure skating.
He dislike loud people and spiders.
